Cyrus Rexford House is a historic home located at Rexford, Saratoga County, New York. It consists of a three-story, Stick style main block built in 1883, with a 1+12-story rear block built about 1850. It also has a one-story rear ell. The main block has a steeply pitched hipped roof with bracketed overhang. The house features an elaborate mix of decorative detailing and polychrome paint scheme. Also on the property are the contributing carriage house and gambrel roofed barn. [2] :5–6

Spring House is a historic inn located at Barryville in Sullivan County, New York. It was built as a residence about 1880 and almost immediately enlarged as a hotel and boarding house. The original house is the 2-story main block with gable roof, a small south gable-roofed wing, and a two-by-two-bay rear wing. Long narrow wings were added shortly after the original construction. It is now configured as a long, narrow, rectangular building, two stories tall, eleven bays wide and two bays wide with a 2+12-story cross-gabled center section.

The main block was built between 1810 and 1835 and is a 2-story, four-bay, square plan building with a hipped roof. The main house, designed by architect Guy Lowell, is a 23-room mansion which was built in 1905 for Mary Goodrich, widow of tire magnate B. F. Goodrich. It is located on a 26-acre (11 ha) estate facing the York River. The property was given to Bowdoin College by Mary Marvin Breckinridge Patterson in 1974, and the college operated it as a conference center until it was sold into private hands in 2004. The house was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1983. It is one of Maine's most architecturally distinctive and unusual early 20th-century summer estate houses.
