The Downtown Presbyterian Church in Nashville, Tennessee, a part of the Presbyterian Church (USA), was formerly known as First Presbyterian Church. The church is located at the corner of Rep. John Lewis Way and Church Street. As Old First Presbyterian Church it was designated a National Historic Landmark in 1993, for its distinctive Egyptian Revival architecture.

It consists of a central octagonal structure housing the sanctuary surrounded by wings that give the structure a cruciform appearance. It features a massive square crenellated bell tower. It is a product of the Buffalo architectural firm of Green & Wicks.
First Presbyterian Church of Tuscarora is a historic Presbyterian church located at Tuscarora in Livingston County, New York. It was built about 1844 and is a three- by five-bay Greek Revival style frame building. The gable roof is surmounted by a short, two stage tower topped by a pyramidal roof with a slight concave curve with a cross at its apex. The interior features an elaborate Eastlake style three tier oil chandelier suspended in the center of the sanctuary over the main aisle. It is last surviving public building from the hamlet's brief early to mid-19th century commercial prosperity related to its location on the Genesee Valley Canal.

It is a Greek Revival–style edifice built in 1852. The main block of the building is four bays long and three bays wide, constructed of red brick on a sandstone foundation. It features a three-stage tower with an octagonal drum from which the spire rises. The main worship space has a meeting house plan with a three sided upper gallery supported by fluted Doric columns.

It features a single stone bell tower and spire at the northeast corner beside the main entrance. It was the third home for Rochester's oldest congregation. It is now home to the Central Church of Christ.

The complex includes the Brick Church and Church School, attached Brick Church Institute building (1909–1910), and Taylor Chapel (1941). The Brick Church and Church School was designed in 1860 as an Early Romanesque Revival–style edifice by Rochester architect Andrew Jackson Warner (1833–1910). His son, J. Foster Warner (1859–1937), modified the church structure to the Lombard Romanesque form in 1903.

Saint Andrew's Episcopal Church, also known as Calvary-Saint Andrew's Presbyterian Church, is a historic Episcopal church complex located at Rochester in Monroe County, New York. Designed by Richard M. Upjohn, it was constructed in phases between 1873 and 1880. The Gothic Revival style brick and stone complex consists of two interconnected sections: the church, composed of the church, bell tower, and entry porch, and the original rectory and chapel. The high altar and window were designed by George Hausshalter. The window was made by the Tiffany studios of New York. In 1968, the Saint Andrew's Episcopal Church merged with Calvary Presbyterian Church to form Calvary St. Andrews, a Presbyterian parish.

It was built in 1914 and is a Tudor Revival style concrete block church cast to resemble rusticated masonry. It is roughly square in plan and topped by a cross gable roof. The front facade features a massive square corner tower capped with a crenelated parapet.

It is an imposing temple front Greek Revival style structure built in 1849–1850. The church is a 61 feet by 57 feet, gable roofed brick structure that is dominated by a monumental, pedimented portico supported by five massive, fluted Doric order columns. A tripartite bell tower crowns the roof ridge.

It is constructed of brick with stone trim on a concrete foundation and features a square bell tower at the southwest corner of the building. The interior layout is based upon the Akron plan. It also features 14 stained glass windows designed by Henry Keck of Syracuse, New York.
Cuyler Presbyterian Church, also known as Cuyler Chapel and Cuyler Presbyterian Church and Parsonage, is a historic Presbyterian church at 358–360 Pacific Street in Brooklyn, New York, New York. It was designed by architect Edward Sargent (1842–1914). It was built in 1892 and is a two-story rectangular plan building with a steeply pitched, slate covered gable roof and molded terra cotta copings. It was converted to a private residence in the early 1980s. The former parsonage was built c. 1851 and is a Greek Revival style dwelling.

It was designed in 1863 by architect James Renwick, Jr. The church is a fieldstone building in an English-inspired Late Gothic Revival style. It was substantially enlarged in 1936.
Lafayette Avenue Presbyterian Church is a historic Presbyterian church complex located at 875 Elmwood Ave, Buffalo in Erie County, New York. The complex consists of the large cruciform-plan church building that was built in 1894 with an attached rear chapel. Adjoining them is the Community House that constructed of brick in the Tudor Revival style, that was built in 1921. The main church building is constructed of Medina sandstone with a terra cotta tile roof in the Romanesque Revival style. It features a 120-foot-tall (37 m), square bell tower with a pyramidal roof. The church cost $150,000 to build and has a capacity of 1,000 people
Fort Washington Presbyterian Church, also known as Iglesia Presbiteriana Fort Washington Heights, is a historic Presbyterian church complex located in Washington Heights, New York, New York. The complex consists of a long rectangular three-by-seven-bay church with an attached Sunday school wing. It was designed by architect Thomas Hastings (1860–1929) and built between 1913 and 1914 in the Georgian Revival style. The church is a 2-story, plus basement, gable-roofed building with a monumental temple front elevation. It features a prominent five stage bell tower.
