Four Crosses (Welsh : Llandysilio) is a village in Montgomeryshire in northern Powys, mid Wales, close to the border with Shropshire. It is in the community of Llandysilio.
The village sits on the Offa's Dyke Path. The nearest town is Oswestry.
It is home to over 900 persons.[ citation needed ]
Historically, the village was a centre for milk collection. The Four Crosses Creamery produced prize winning ice cream which was distributed over a large area of mid/north Wales and adjoining counties.
The village was served by Four Crosses railway station until 1965. It lies on the A483 road which now bypasses the village to the west.
The Foxen Manor housing estate has a football field and playground. This field is home to Four Crosses who play in the FAW League One, the third tier of Welsh football. The village was the home of Rodney Rovers Football Club (played behind the Golden Lion public house) which played at a high level.
Former British Light heavyweight Boxing Champion Dennis Powell lived in the village. A plaque is affixed to his training "hall".
The village was a stopping point (Bowyers Garage) on route to the Monte Carlo Rally.

Mid Rhondda Football Club was an association football team, based in Tonypandy, Wales that was formed in 1912. Mid Rhondda were one of the earlier South Wales teams to form, as competition from rugby union within the Rhondda Valleys was very strong. The team played in both the Southern and Welsh Leagues, and should have been promoted to the first division of the Southern League after topping the second Division during the 1919–20 season. This though was denied them by a restructuring of the league, which in turn saw the club flounder and collapse by 1928.
Guilsfield is a village and local government community in Montgomeryshire, Powys, Wales. It lies beside Guilsfield Brook about three miles north of Welshpool. It is located on the B4392 road and a disused branch of the Montgomery Canal starts nearby. The community has an area of 30.01 km2 (11.59 sq mi) and had a population of 1,640 in 2001. rising to 1,727 in 2011. The community includes the villages of Burgedin and Groes-lwyd. The village itself had a population of about 1,220.

They played in the Ardal Leagues North East, which is in the third tier of the Welsh football league system but withdrew from the league in July 2022 citing lack of player commitment. For the 2022–23 season they will instead play in the Central Wales Southern Division.
