The Chamber of Commerce Building is a commercial building on 65 Liberty Street, between Liberty Place and Broadway, in the Financial District of Manhattan in New York City. Designed by architect James Barnes Baker, the four-story Beaux-Arts building was constructed between 1901 and 1902 as the first headquarters to be built specifically for the Chamber of Commerce of the State of New York.
The Randolph Street Commercial Buildings Historic District is a historic district located in Downtown Detroit, Michigan, which includes six buildings along Randolph Street between Monroe and Macomb streets. The district was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980. The collection of buildings are a rare surviving set of Detroit Victorian-era commercial structures. The Randolph Street Commercial Building Historic District joins the Broadway Avenue Historic District downtown.
The Broadway Historic District is located along Broadway in Saratoga Springs, New York, United States. It has a twofold character. The southern section is the commercial core of the city, with many of its important public and private buildings, most intact from its peak days as a resort town in that era. North Broadway is a residential neighborhood with many large Victorian houses built by frequent visitors to the town and its spas and racetrack.
The West Vernor–Lawndale Historic District is a two-block commercial historic district located along West Vernor Highway between Cabot and Ferris Streets in Detroit, Michigan. The district includes 30 acres (120,000 m2) and 10 buildings. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2002.

Hall's Opera Block, also known as Clark's Opera House and Avon Opera Block, is a historic commercial building located at Avon in Livingston County, New York. It is a three-story, two part commercial block completed in 1876 in the Italianate style. It has a symmetrical seven bay principal facade with iron and glass storefronts on the first floor. The top floor performance space was a central gathering place for the community, where citizens of all ranks could congregate to attend theatrical performances, lectures, dances, political meetings, and school graduations. In November 2007, the village of Avon received a $500,000 state grant to renovate the historic building.
The Pioneer Building is a late nineteenth-century commercial/office structure located on Lawton Street in the Downtown business district of the City of New Rochelle in Westchester County, New York. The building is a good example of Neo-Italian Renaissance commercial style and represents an important aspect in the late nineteenth and early twentieth century history of New Rochelle. John New & Son, the New Rochelle builder responsible for its construction, is credited with its design. The Pioneer Building is considered significant, partly because other historic buildings that once surrounded it have been demolished and replaced by newer construction. It was added to the Westchester County Inventory of Historic Places on January 5, 1988, to the New York State Register of Historic Places on November 23, 1983, and to the National Register of Historic Places on December 29, 1983.
Clinton Hall is a historic commercial building located at Ithaca in Tompkins County, New York. It was built in 1847-1851 and is a three-story, brick commercial block in the Greek Revival style. The building is 66 feet long and 48 feet deep.
The Greenwich Avenue Historic District is a historic district representing the commercial and civic historical development of the downtown area of the town of Greenwich, Connecticut. The district was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on August 31, 1989. Included in the district is the Greenwich Municipal Center Historic District, which was listed on the National Register the year before for the classical revival style municipal buildings in the core of Downtown. Most of the commercial buildings in the district fall into three broad styles, reflecting the period in which they were built: Italianate, Georgian Revival, and Commercial style. The district is linear and runs north–south along the entire length of Greenwich Avenue, the main thoroughfare of Downtown Greenwich, between U.S. Route 1 and the New Haven Line railroad tracks.
The Downtown Adrian Commercial Historic District is a historic district comprising the downtown area of Adrian, Michigan. It was designated as a Michigan Historic Site and added to the National Register of Historic Places on April 17, 1986. The district is roughly bounded on the north by Toledo Street, on the east by North Broad Street, on the south by East Church Street, and on the west by North Winter Street (M-52), West Maumee Street, and the River Raisin. Most of the district is enclosed by the US-223 Business Route, although the two are not conterminous.
The Clark Memorial Hall, also known as the Adrian I.O.O.F. Hall, is a commercial building located at 120–124 South Winter Street (M-52) in the Downtown Adrian Commercial Historic District in Adrian, Michigan. It was designated as a Michigan Historic Site and individually listed on the National Register of Historic Places on January 14, 1985.
The Odd Fellows Hall is a building at 165-171 Grand Street between Centre and Baxter Streets, in the Little Italy and SoHo neighborhoods of Manhattan, New York City. It was built in 1847-48 and designed by the firm of Trench & Snook in the Italianate style, one of the city's earliest structures in this style, which Joseph Trench had brought to New York with his design for 280 Broadway in 1845. His partner, John B. Snook, was responsible for many cast-iron buildings in SoHo. The mansard roof was an addition, designed by John Buckingham and built in 1881–82. The Independent Order of Odd Fellows used the building until the 1880s, when they moved uptown with the city's population. The building was afterwards converted for commercial and industrial use, and is now residential condominiums.
Berkeley Square Historic District is a national historic district located in Saranac Lake (Harrietstown) in Franklin County, New York. It consists of 22 contributing buildings; the 1926-28 Harrietstown Town Hall and 21 commercial buildings constructed between 1867 and 1932. Most of the buildings are three stories with cornices. Styles range from a group of three Second Empire style structures dated to the late-1860s-early 1870s, late 19th century business blocks, and early 20th century buildings reflecting the various revival styles of that period. The Harrietstown Town Hall is a flat roofed building with parapet and features a domed cylindrical tower.
Three Squares Historic District is a national historic district located at Glens Falls, Warren County, New York. It includes 75 contributing buildings, one contributing site, and one contributing object. It encompasses Glens Falls historic and contemporary commercial center. The buildings generally consist of brick commercial, office, and institutional structures between two and five stories in height. Because of devastating fires in 1862 and 1902, the majority of the buildings were built between 1902 and 1930. Notable buildings include the Italianate style Cowles block (1865), Neoclassical style Rogers Building (1926-1927), Beaux-Arts style Empire Theater (1899), and Neoclassical style Glens Falls City Hall (1900).
The Old City Hall, also known as Oxford Flats, is located just north of downtown along a commercial corridor in Davenport, Iowa, United States. It was individually listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983. In 2020 it was included as a contributing property in the Davenport Downtown Commercial Historic District.
Clifton Park Hotel is a historic hotel located at Clifton Park and Halfmoon in Saratoga County, New York. It was first erected in the 1820s and is a 2-story, timber-framed building sheathed in clapboards and topped by a gable roof. A massive, 2-story wood portico / piazza was added in the 1840s, along with a 1 1⁄2-story, two-bay, frame addition. The building was renovated in the 1880s and once featured a dance hall. The building exhibits a number of Greek Revival design features. It remained in commercial use into the 1970s.
J. Kurtz and Sons Store Building is a historic commercial building located in the Jamaica section of the New York City borough of Queens. It was built in 1931 and is a six-story, steel-frame building with two decorated sides in the Art Deco style. It is three bays by six bays and features a metal-framed windows with stepped pylon motif rising through all four floors. They are of cast aluminum with geometric designs. It was built to house a franchise of the J. Kurtz and Sons furniture store, founded by Jacob Kurtz in 1870.
La Casina is a historic commercial building located in Jamaica, Queens. New York City. It was originally built about 1907 and completely redesigned about 1936 in the Streamline Moderne style. It is a one-story building designed for use as a nightclub. It has a streamlined facade in the form of a stepped pyramid or ziggurat. The building retains its original vertical neon sign. From the 1940s through 1987, the building housed a clothing factory.
