Hammondsport Union Free School, also known as Hammondsport Academy and Hammondsport High School, is a historic school building located at Hammondsport in Steuben County, New York. It is a three-story stone structure in the Italianate style. The earliest section was built in 1858 as a private secondary school, Hammondsport Academy. It was converted to a public union school in 1875, and was expanded in three additions over the next 38 years (1891, 1898, and 1913). It served as a school until 1935 and has been used for other public functions, including as the original home of the Glenn H. Curtiss Museum from 1962 to 1994, and for many years as the Hammondsport Public Library and municipal offices. [2]
It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2008. [1] It was converted to apartments by Arbor Housing and Development, a non-profit group in Bath, NY.

Union Square is a historic intersection and surrounding neighborhood in Manhattan, New York City, located where Broadway and the former Bowery Road – now Fourth Avenue – came together in the early 19th century. Its name denotes that "here was the union of the two principal thoroughfares of the island". The current Union Square Park is bounded by 14th Street on the south, 17th Street on the north, and Union Square West and Union Square East to the west and east respectively. 17th Street links together Broadway and Park Avenue South on the north end of the park, while Union Square East connects Park Avenue South to Fourth Avenue and the continuation of Broadway on the park's south side. The Timothy M. Younglove Octagon House built in 1859 is an historic octagonal house located at 8329 Pleasant Valley Road in the town of Urbana near Hammondsport, New York. It was built by land surveyor Timothy Meigs Younglove, who surveyed Hammondport when it was incorporated.

Middlebury Academy is a historic school in Wyoming, Wyoming County, New York. The Greek Revival style structure was erected by the citizens of Wyoming in 1817. Originally sponsored by the local Baptist church, the academy became a Union Free School in 1880 and operated as a school until 1912. It is now home to the Middlebury Historical Society. It is located within the boundaries of the Wyoming Village Historic District.
Mallory Mill is a historic grist mill located at Hammondsport in Steuben County, New York. It was built about 1836 and is four story, gambrel roofed stone industrial building. In the 1880s, it was converted for use as a winery.
Germania Wine Cellars, or Olde Germania Wine Cellars, is a historic winery complex and national historic district located at Hammondsport in Steuben County, New York. The complex was built in nine sections between 1881 and 1902. The majority of the buildings are built of local stone, portions of which are coated in stucco. The complex is currently used for barrel storage.
Pulteney Square Historic District is a national historic district located at Hammondsport in Steuben County, New York. The district includes 15 contributing buildings, one contributing structure (bandstand), one contributing site, and three contributing secondary buildings. The structures are clustered around Pulteney Square, a village green roughly 140 feet square, and date from the 1820s to 1920s.
Newark Valley Municipal Building and Tappan-Spaulding Memorial Library is a historic municipal building and library building located at Newark Valley in Tioga County, New York. The municipal building is a 2 1⁄2-story brick building with a cut stone foundation and full basement built in 1887 as the Union Free School and Academy. A 2-story, 45-foot rear wing was completed in 1904, and the building was altered for its current use in 1931. The library building was constructed in 1908 and is a small 1-story brick building in a cruciform plan. The roof features red terra cotta tiles and is crowned with a three-stage tower with a steep pyramidal roof.

Public School No. 60, also known as Riverside Academy, is a historic school building located in the Riverside neighborhood of Buffalo, Erie County, New York. The original section was built in 1898, and is a three-story, 12 bay, "I"-plan red brick building with Renaissance Revival detailing. It sits on a raised basement and features polychrome, stepped façade, quoining, and classical entrances. A substantial three-story rear addition was built in 1922 and includes an auditorium. The building has been converted to accommodate 68 units of affordable housing.
