Harbor Road Historic District is a national historic district located at Cold Spring Harbor in Suffolk County, New York. The district has 18 contributing residential buildings. The majority of the residences represent the village's earliest settlement. It also contains four residences from the mid-19th century when the village was a major whaling port. [2]

It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1985. [1]

Sackets Harbor Battlefield State Historic Site is a historically important location in Jefferson County, New York, United States. The historic site is south of the Village of Sackets Harbor, bordering Lake Ontario in the Town of Hounsfield. Two battles were fought near this location during the War of 1812. Some 3,000 men worked at the shipyard building warships, and the village was fortified and garrisoned with thousands of troops.

The Cold Spring Harbor Library & Environmental Center is located at Cold Spring Harbor in Suffolk County, New York. It was founded as the Cold Spring Harbor Village Improvement Society in 1899. However, the library, consisting of a small collection of books, was first organized in 1886 and was housed at the Cutting House, 241 Harbor Road, Cold Spring Harbor. This building was located across the street from the local gristmill and the first librarian was the miller's wife, Mrs. Peter Waters. This building is now owned by the Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory.

Goose Hill Road Historic District is a national historic district located at Cold Spring Harbor in Suffolk County, New York. The district has 11 contributing buildings. It is a small agrarian enclave situated along both sides of a narrow, winding road. The dwellings date from the late 18th to mid-19th century.

The Woodpile is a historic family estate and national historic district located at Bedford, Westchester County, New York. The district contains 17 contributing buildings, four contributing sites, and nine contributing structures. The three primary residences are set on the east side of Croton Lake Road, one north of its junction with Wood Road and two south. All three look over a designed landscape on the west side of Croton Lake Road, which is part of the historic district. The oldest residence, known as Brambleworth, is a stone Gothic Revival cottage designed by A. J. Davis and completed in 1847. The middle residence, known as Evergreen Lawn, was built in 1856 and is in the Italian Villa style. The third residence, known as Braewold, was designed by architect Addison Hutton (1834–1916) and is a stone Second Empire style building built in 1870.

The Bear Brook State Park Civilian Conservation Corps (CCC) Camp Historic District is the only surviving Civilian Conservation Corps work camp in New Hampshire. Located in Bear Brook State Park, in Allenstown, the camp's facilities have been adaptively reused to provide space for park administration and a small museum. It is located in the northwestern portion of the park, south of Deerfield Road. It is also believed to be one of the few relatively intact CCC camps in the nation. The district was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1992.

Bevans, also known as Peters Valley, is an unincorporated community located at the intersection of Bevans Road, Walpack Road, and Kuhn Road in Sandyston Township of Sussex County, New Jersey.
