Immanuel Baptist Church is a historic Baptist church located at Rochester in Monroe County, New York. It is a Tudor Revival-style church building that consists of a 1+12-story front-gable auditorium connected to a T-plan 2+12-story school wing. [2]

The congregation joined with five others to found the Maryland Baptist Union Association, later the Baptist State Mission Board of Maryland.

It features a square, wood bell tower. The rectory is a 2+12-story Colonial Revival–style frame building and features a verandah with Doric order columns. A 1+12-story carriage barn stands behind the rectory. The six-acre cemetery includes burials dating from 1866 to 1942.

Also on the property are a cemetery, dry-laid stone wall, and receiving vault. The majority of the burials date to the early 19th century, since the church had been organized about 1793.
