Jacques "Jacky" Eeckelaert (born 11 January 1955) is a Belgian automotive engineer who has worked in many categories of motorsport. He currently works for Abt Sportsline as Technical Director in the DTM.
A native of Antwerp, Eeckelaert studied mechanical engineering at the Catholic University of Leuven and then spent four years working in Ford's engine development department, before becoming head of the technical department of Champion's European wing.
He also competed as a racing driver, competing for privateer teams in Formula Ford and Formula Three. In 1985 he left Champion to become Team Manager of the Keerbergs Transport Racing team, which competed in the German and French F3 series. He moved to the DAMS International Formula 3000 team in 1991 and then to the Danielson team, which ran Peugeot 905 sportscars, a year later.
In 1994, Eeckelaert moved directly into the employ of Peugeot Sport, successfully overseeing the marque's championship campaign in that year's French Supertouring Championship with Laurent Aïello. For 1995, he was placed in charge of Peugeot's Formula One engine testing programme, in which capacity he liaised between the Jordan team and the Peugeot headquarters. For the 1998 season, Peugeot switched to supplying the Prost team, and Eeckelaert joined the outfit as its Chief Engineer, although his role was downgraded to cover only the test team the following year. At the end of 1999, he was offered a similar role at the Sauber team and two years later returned to the Grands Prix as Kimi Räikkönen's race engineer. In 2002, he was appointed the team's Head of Track Engineering.
He moved to the Honda team in 2006 as Chief Engineer in the Advanced Research programme. In 2007, he was promoted to Engineering Director, after predecessor Mark Ellis moved to sister team Super Aguri. Eeckelaert himself then moved to Super Aguri, only for the team to shut down after running out money part-way through the 2008 season. After spending a year in sportscars, he returned to F1 in 2010 with the new HRT team, and has been placed in charge of the team's 2012 car after Geoff Willis left the team and plans to hire Jörg Zander fell through. The Hispania F112 will be the first F1 car over which Eeckelaert will have chief responsibility to design. Before the new car was launched, however, he left the team to work for former Hispania team principal Colin Kolles's sportscar team, which is running Lotus-badged LMP2 cars in the 2012 FIA World Endurance Championship season. His position at Hispania was taken by Chief Designer Jean-Claude Martens.
In November 2012 Eeckelaert moved to the German DTM team Abt Sportsline, where he works as Technical Director.
The Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters is a grand touring car series sanctioned by ADAC. The series is based in Germany, with rounds elsewhere in Europe. The series currently races a modified version of Group GT3 grand touring cars, replacing the silhouette later Class 1 touring cars of earlier years.

He is a three-time winner of the 24 Hours of Le Mans, most recently in 2013, as well as a three-time winner of the American Le Mans Series, which he last won in 2007. He won the FIA World Endurance Championship in 2013. He has also been a co-commentator and pundit for BBC Formula One coverage on TV, radio and online and was team principal of the Audi Sport ABT Schaeffler Formula E team.

Markus Winkelhock is a German professional racing driver. He is the son of Manfred Winkelhock and nephew of Joachim Winkelhock, both of whom were Formula One drivers in the 1980s. During his brief Formula One career he led the 2007 European Grand Prix for several laps before retiring with mechanical problems. Having switched to sports and touring car racing, he has also won the FIA GT1 World Championship in 2012 with team-mate Marc Basseng.
Abt Sportsline is a motor racing and auto tuning company based in Kempten im Allgäu, Germany. ABT mainly deals with Audi and the related primary Volkswagen Group brands—Volkswagen, Škoda, and SEAT—modifying them by using sports-type suspensions, engine power upgrades, lightweight wheels, aerodynamic components and more. It has been active in DTM for more than a decade. After the death of their father Johann in 2003, the company with 170 employees in their headquarters in Kempten was run by the brothers Hans-Jürgen Abt and Christian Abt. Since 2011, Hans-Jürgen Abt has run the company.

James Pickford is a British race car driver. As a child his interest was in motorbikes; his father Keith ran bike racing teams. James started at the beginning in karts in 1994. For a while he was coached by former BTCC racer Tim Sugden. His interest in saloon and sportscars began when he lost a test in a BTCC car after being nominated for the BRDC McLaren Autosport Young Driver of the Year award in 1998.

Miguel Molina González is a professional racing driver from Spain. He currently competes in the FIA World Endurance Championship and other selected GT races for AF Corse. He was a member of the Circuit de Catalunya Young Drivers Programme.
Robin Frijns is a Dutch motor racing driver. He is the 2012 Formula Renault 3.5 Series champion, and the first driver to have won the series in his debut season since Robert Kubica in 2005. Frijns is currently competing in Formula E driving for Team ABT and in the FIA World Endurance Championship for Team WRT. Frijns achieved his first Formula E podium finish in his second outing in the category, and claimed his maiden victory at the 2019 Paris E-Prix. In 2021 Frijns won the 24 Hours of Le Mans in the LMP2 class driving for Team WRT, alongside Ferdinand von Habsburg and Charles Milesi.
The 2010 Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters was the twenty-fourth season of premier German touring car championship and also eleventh season under the moniker of Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters since the series' resumption in 2000. The season began on 25 April at the Hockenheimring, and ended on 28 November at the Shanghai Street Circuit, after eleven rounds held in Germany, Spain, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Italy and China. Having finished second in 2008 and third in 2009, HWA Team's Paul di Resta became champion for the first time, having come out on top of a three-way title battle in Shanghai.
Daniel Johannes Abt is a German former racing driver. He has competed in such series as the German Formula Three Championship, the GP3 Series, the GP2 Series, and won the 2009 ADAC Formel Masters championship. He competed in the first four rounds of the 2019–20 Formula E season with ABT Schaeffler Audi Sport, however he was dismissed from the team after being found to be using a ringer driver in the sport's subsequent virtual races. He completed the remainder of the season at Nio 333 FE Team replacing Ma Qinghua. He is currently on a hiatus from competitive racing, having chosen to take up a broadcasting role with Sat.1 as part of their Formula E coverage.
José Ramón Carabante is a Spanish businessman, who owned the Hispania Racing Formula One team. Carebante owns a number of Spanish businesses including Grupo Hispania, a property management company with a variety of interests in Europe and America, and the CB Murcia basketball team. He was a shareholder in the Campos Meta F1 team, which had gained an entry for the 2010 Formula One season, before taking full control when the team ran into financial difficulties shortly before the start of the season. The team was renamed to Hispania Racing F1 Team (HRT) after Carabante's Grupo Hispania company. HRT continued to struggle financially throughout its first year of racing, and Carabante sold the team to investment company Thesan Capital in July 2011. The HRT team eventually folded at the end of 2012.

Laurent Aïello is a French former race car driver, most notable for winning the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1998, the British Touring Car Championship (BTCC) in 1999, and the Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters (DTM) series in 2002.
Kelvin van der Linde is a South African sports car racing driver currently competing as a substitute driver in Formula E for Abt Sportsline. He first competed and won in the ADAC GT Masters in 2014. He has also won the 2019 ADAC GT Masters. He has also won the 2017 24 Hours of Nürburgring.

The 2019 DTM Hockenheim Final is a motor racing event for the Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters held between 5 and 6 October 2019. The event, part of the 33rd season of the DTM, was held at the Hockenheimring in Germany.
The 2022 Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters was the thirty-sixth season of the premier German touring car championship and also the twenty-third season under the moniker of Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters since the series' resumption in 2000. It was the second season of the DTM to be run under Group GT3 regulations.
