Jalan Gunung Jerai, Federal Route 252 (formerly Kedah state route K159), is a federal road in Mount Jerai, Kedah, Malaysia. [1] It is a main route to Mount Jerai. The Kilometre Zero is at Guar Chempedak.
At most sections, the Federal Route 252 was built under the JKR R5 road standard, allowing maximum speed limit of up to 90 km/h.

Sungai Petani is a city in Kuala Muda District, Kedah, Malaysia. Sungai Petani is Kedah's largest city and is located about 55 km south of Alor Setar, the capital of Kedah, and 33 km northeast of George Town, the capital city of the neighbouring state of Penang.
