Federal Route 10 is a federal road in Pahang and Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia. It connects Temerloh, Pahang in the north to Gemas, Negeri Sembilan in the south. [1]
The Kilometre Zero is located at Gemas, Negeri Sembilan, at its interchange with the Federal Route 1, the main trunk road of the central of Peninsular Malaysia.
At most sections, the Federal Route 10 was built under the JKR R5 road standard, with a speed limit of 90 km/h.

Negeri Sembilan, historically spelled as Negri Sembilan, is a state in Malaysia which lies on the western coast of Peninsular Malaysia. It borders Selangor on the north, Pahang in the east, and Malacca and Johor to the south.
The Pahang River mainly flows through the state of Pahang, Malaysia. Its drainage basin covers its Pahang as well as the neighbouring state of Negeri Sembilan.
Temerloh is a municipality in central Pahang, Malaysia. Located about 130 kilometres (81 mi) from Kuala Lumpur along the Kuantan–Kuala Lumpur trunk road, Temerloh is the second largest urban area in Pahang after Kuantan, the state capital city. It is situated at the confluence of the Pahang and Semantan Rivers. Today, Temerloh usually refers to the territory under the administration of Temerloh Municipal Council which includes Mentakab, Lanchang, Kuala Krau and Kerdau.

Malaysian State Roads System are the secondary roads in Malaysia with a total length of 247,027.61 km. The construction and maintenance works of state roads in Malaysia is managed by Malaysian Public Works Department (JKR) of each state and funded by state governments. The standard of the state roads is similar with the federal roads except for the coding system, where the codes for state roads begin with state codes followed by route number, for example Johor State Route J32 is labeled as J32. If a state road crosses the state border, the state code will change, for example route B20 in Salak Tinggi, Selangor will change to N20 after crossing the border of Negeri Sembilan to Nilai.

Tengku Azlan ibni Almarhum Sultan Abu Bakar Ri’ayatuddin Al-Mu’azzam Shah is a former Malaysian politician and was the Member of the Parliament of Malaysia (MP) for the Jerantut constituency in Pahang from 1999 to 2013. Starting from 9 August 2021; he is a member of United Malays National Organisation (UMNO) of Barisan Nasional (BN), after his resignation as Temerloh divisional chief of the Malaysian United Indigenous Party or Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia (BERSATU), a component of Pakatan Harapan (PH) and later Perikatan Nasional (PN) coalition, which he rejoined for the second time since he quit UMNO in 2018.
The East Coast railway line (ECRL) is a single-track metre gauge railway line in Malaysia that runs between the Gemas railway station in Negeri Sembilan and the Tumpat railway station in Kelantan. Gemas is the rail junction between the West Coast line and East Coast railway line. Like the West Coast railway line, it is called the East Coast railway line (Malaysia) because it serves two of Peninsular Malaysia's East Coast states, namely Pahang and Kelantan. In fact, it does not run along the coast at all and only meets the South China Sea when it terminates in Tumpat railway station. It runs through the interior, often through deep jungle, thus earning the nickname Jungle Railway. Terengganu is the only state in Peninsular Malaysia not served by the KTM railway network.
