Guilderland is a town in Albany County, New York, United States. In the 2020 census, the town had a population of 36,848. The town is named for the Gelderland province in the Netherlands. The town of Guilderland is on the central-northwest border of the county. It is just west of Albany, the capital of the U.S. state of New York.

John Settle Farm is a historic home and farm complex located at Newark Valley in Tioga County, New York. The house was built about 1840 in the Federal style. It consists of three principal sections: a 2-story front-gabled wing, a 1+1⁄2-story side gable, and a long 1-story rear addition. Also on the property are a dairy barn, horse barn, chicken house, pig house, granary, shed, and silo. The dairy barn is currently in disrepair but all other buildings appear well maintained.

It features a classical, recessed center entrance with side lights and transom. The Dutch barn was built about 1800 and a small shed connects it to the adjacent small English barn.

The Ezekiel Emerson Farm, also known as Apple Hill Farm, is a historic farm property at 936 Brandon Mountain Road in Rochester, Vermont. Occupying 38 acres (15 ha), the farm includes a mid-19th century bank barn and a c. 1920-1940 milk barn that are both well-preserved examples of period agricultural buildings. The house includes a fine example of a Late Victorian porch. The property was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2001.
