This list is of the properties and historic districts which are designated on the National Register of Historic Places or that were formerly so designated, in Hennepin County, Minnesota; there are 190 entries as of April 2023. A significant number of these properties are a result of the establishment of Fort Snelling, the development of water power at Saint Anthony Falls, and the thriving city of Minneapolis that developed around the falls. Many historic sites outside the Minneapolis city limits are associated with pioneers who established missions, farms, and schools in areas that are now suburbs in that metropolitan area.

It was completed in 1900 and is a modestly scaled, one-story frame building on a limestone ashlar foundation. It features a corner steeple with buttressed corners, open belfry, and windows in the Gothic Revival style.

Second Baptist Society of Ulysses, now known as Trumansburg Conservatory for the Arts, is a historic Baptist church located at Trumansburg in Tompkins County, New York. The building has a rectangular footprint comprising a front gable main block, built between 1849 and 1851, with a later frame addition with a hipped roof completed about 1902. It measures 54.5 feet wide by 85 feet deep, with an additional 10 feet for the porch, or verandah. The porch is supported by four fluted Doric order columns in the Greek Revival style. The church was sold to the Trumansburg Conservatory for the Arts in 1982.
First Baptist Church is a historic Baptist church located at Sandy Creek in Oswego County, New York. It was built in 1917–1918 and is a 1+1⁄2-story frame church with an octagonal plan and a pyramidal roof. The front of the building features a three-stage rooftop tower. The interior layout is based on the Akron plan.
Baptist Temple is a historic Baptist church at 360 Schermerhorn Street in Brooklyn, New York. It was built in 1893–1894 in the Romanesque Revival style and rebuilt after a fire in 1917–1918. It has a brownstone base and superstructure faced with subtly textured brick with brownstone trim. The building features a large rose window and three corner towers.
Sand Lake Baptist Church is a historic Baptist church at 2960 State Route 43 in Averill Park, Rensselaer County, New York. The church was built in 1805 and is a Federal period frame building. It is a rectangular, two-story, heavy wood-frame building set on a stone foundation. The church has a gable roof and features a two-stage, semi-engaged Greek Revival style tower added in 1840. The front facade features a Palladian window. Also on the property is a contributing parsonage (1846) and garage (1939).
First Baptist Church of Deerfield is a historic Baptist church on Herkimer Road in Utica, Oneida County, New York. It is a wooden frame structure built in 1811 with vernacular Federal style details. The structure is four bays deep and features a square entrance tower attached to the facade.
First Baptist Church is a historic Baptist church on Polin Road in Charleston, Montgomery County, New York. It is believed to have been built in the 1820s and remodeled during the 1860s. It is a rural vernacular wood-frame church executed in the late Federal / early Greek Revival style. The 1+1⁄2-story, heavy timber-framed structure features a square, hip-roofed bell tower. Also on the property are a cemetery, dry-laid stone wall, and receiving vault. The majority of the burials date to the early 19th century, since the church had been organized about 1793. The Charleston Historical Society acquired the property in 1978.
Fenner Baptist Church, also known as Fenner Community Church, is a historic Baptist church at 3122 Bingley Road in Fenner, New York. The original section of the church was built in 1820–1821 and is a 40 by 50 feet and is a heavy hand-hewn, timber-frame structure. In the 1870s, the building was expanded by 10 feet (3.0 m) and acquired an overlay of Second Empire stylistic elements. The resultant building is three bays wide and four bays deep, with a gable roof and engaged, projecting central tower.
Second Old School Baptist Church of Roxbury is a historic Baptist church building on City Rd. 41 in Roxbury, Delaware County, New York. It is a 2-story, three-by-four-bay wood-frame building constructed in 1832–1833. The interior features a traditional meeting house plan. Also on the property is a small frame outhouse built about 1870, a three-step fieldstone carriage step, and cemetery.
Methodist Episcopal Church of Windham Centre, also known as Windham-Hensonville United Methodist Church, is a historic Methodist Episcopal church on New York State Route 23 in Windham, Greene County, New York. The property includes the church, parsonage, and garage. The church was built in 1844 and is a one-story wood-frame structure in the Greek Revival style. It features a square two stage tower. The parsonage was built in 1902.
Pine Grove Community Church is a historic non-denominational, Christian chapel located at Pine Grove in Lewis County, New York. It was built in 1895 and is a two-story, wood-frame building three bays in width and five bays deep. It features a projecting two storybell tower attached to the center of the main block.
Methodist Episcopal Church is a historic Methodist Episcopal church located at Stony Creek, Warren County, New York. It was built in 1858-59 and is a vernacular Greek Revival style frame church with a gable roof. It is 32 feet wide and 48 feet deep and sits on a stone foundation. It features a square, hip roofed bell tower added in 1874. The stained glass windows date to the 1950s.
Presbyterian Church in New Scotland and the New Scotland Cemetery is a historic Presbyterian church and cemetery located in New Scotland in Albany County, New York. The church was built in 1849 and extended in 1868. It is a 2-story, three-bay-wide, rectangular frame structure with a 1+1⁄2-story front projecting vestibule / entrance block. It features a large, two-stage square central projecting tower. The education wing was completed in 1957. The cemetery includes about 500 burials dating from the 18th to 20th century. The congregation was founded in 1787 and the present structure is its second building.

It is a heavy timber-frame structure on a foundation formed of dressed ashlar marble. Renovations occurred in 1868 and 1887. It has a gable roof and features a three-stage bell tower with steeple and crowning weather vane.

It was built between 1924 and 1929, and consists of a Collegiate Gothic–style church building with an attached Tudor Revival Social and Recreational wing. It measures 100 feet (30 m) wide and 140 feet (43 m) deep. The church is constructed of red brick with Norristone and Medina sandstone trim. It has a slate-covered gable roof and features engaged square towers flanking the main entrance. The Social and Recreational wing has a red brick first floor and half-timbered and stucco second story. It has Norristone trim and a hipped slate roof.
Second Baptist Church of Wayne, also known as the Wayne Village Baptist Church, is a historic Baptist church located at Wayne in Schuyler County, New York. It was built in 1846, and is a Greek Revival style frame church. It has a temple front and two single story additions dating from 1876 / 1921 and 1972. It features a projecting vestibule and a two-stage, domed bell tower contains the original bell cast in 1846.
