This article lists political parties in Northern Cyprus. The Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus has a multi-party system. No political parties registered in the Republic of Cyprus are known to be concurrently registered in Northern Cyprus and vice versa.

The Peace and Democracy Movement was a social democratic political party in the de facto Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus. In the legislative elections for the House of Representatives of Northern Cyprus on 20 January 2005 the party won 5.8% of the popular vote and 1 out of the 50 seats in the assembly.

It contrasted itself with the other pro-reunification parties, all of which were left-wing. It was dissolved after failing to enter the parliament in the 2003 elections.

Sonay Adem was a Turkish Cypriot politician. He served as the Minister for Labor and Social Security in the Cabinet of Northern Cyprus under Prime Minister Ferdi Sabit Soyer. He was confirmed in his office in April 2005 and served until 2009. He was a member of the Republican Turkish Party until his resignation, after which he joined the Communal Liberation Party-New Forces in January 2017. He has done extensive work on curbing illegal immigration to the island, as well as immigration reform, in conjunction with organisations such as the Union of Construction Sector Contractors.

The Communal Democracy Party is a social-democratic political party in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus. The party came into being in May 2007 as a merger of the Peace and Democracy Movement with the Communal Liberation Party. At the 2009 legislative elections for the Assembly of the Republic in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, the TDP, in its first elections, won 2 out of 50 seats and 6.87% of the popular vote. In 2013, it took part in the interim Siber cabinet with three ministers. At the 2013 legislative elections, the party increased its share of the vote to 7.41% and its number of MPs to 3. The TDP currently holds the mayorship of the Nicosia Turkish Municipality with Mehmet Harmancı.

Presidential elections were held in Northern Cyprus in April 2015. In the first round on 19 April incumbent president and independent candidate Derviş Eroğlu and independent candidate Mustafa Akıncı progressed to the second round. The second round took place on 26 April and was won by Akıncı.

Tahsin Ertuğruloğlu is a Turkish Cypriot politician. He served as a member of the Assembly of the Republic representing the Lefkoşa District between 1998 and 2018. During this time, he was a member of the National Unity Party (UBP) between 1998 and 2010, serving as the leader of the party between 2006 and 2008. He returned to the UBP in 2012 and remained its representative until the end of his tenure as an MP. He served in different ministerial positions, including a five-year tenure as the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Defense between 1998 and 2004.

Zeki Çeler is a Turkish Cypriot politician. He was born in Kyrenia, Northern Cyprus. He was the youngest Turkish Cypriot member of the parliament of TRNC in 2013. He represents the Girne District and is a member of the Communal Democracy Party. He was a minister of Labour and Social Security during 4 party coalition in between 2018-2019. He is well known as making May 1st the labour day as holiday for all workers in north cyprus. He joined municipal elections in Kyrenia 2022 as an independent candidate and got 32.5% of the vote's againts the government party’s (33%) and main opposition parties (34%) candidates. The Turkish settlers, also referred to as the Turkish immigrants, are a group of Turkish people from Turkey who have settled in Northern Cyprus since the Turkish invasion of Cyprus in 1974. It is estimated that these settlers and their descendants now make up about half the population of Northern Cyprus. The vast majority of the Turkish settlers were given houses and land that legally belong to Greek Cypriots by the government of Northern Cyprus, who is solely recognised by Turkey. The group is heterogeneous in nature and is composed of various sub-groups, with varying degrees of integration. Mainland Turks are generally considered to be more conservative than the highly secularized Turkish Cypriots, and tend to be more in favor of a two-state Cyprus. However, not all settlers support nationalist policies.

Mehmet Çakıcı is a Turkish Cypriot politician and psychiatrist. He served as the first leader of the Communal Democracy Party (TDP) between 2007 and 2013 and has been a member of the Assembly of the Republic since 2003. He then served as an independent member of the parliament for the Lefkoşa District, having resigned from the TDP in November 2016 and founded a new party, the Communal Liberation Party. His tenure as an MP ended in 2018 after his party failed to reach the election threshold.

The People's Party is a political party in Northern Cyprus, founded on 6 January 2016. The party has stated its aims as erasing the old political system based on corruption, and the good administration of Northern Cyprus. Its leader is Kudret Özersay and its secretary general is Ahmet Tokatlıoğlu. It first gained representation in the parliament in the 2018 elections.

Parliamentary elections were held in Northern Cyprus on 7 January 2018 to elect the 50 members of the Assembly of the Republic for a five-year term. Going into the elections, the government was led by Prime Minister Hüseyin Özgürgün, who had served since 16 April 2016, leading a coalition consisting of the National Unity Party and the Democratic Party.

The Rebirth Party is a political party in Northern Cyprus. It was founded on 7 October 2016. Its leader is Erhan Arıklı, a professor, and its Secretary General is Turan Büyükyılmaz. Arıklı has stated that the ideological basis of the party is "allegiance to the motherland, Turkey" and "to ensure the survival of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus". However, the party strongly rejects the classification of Northern Cyprus as the "daughter country" of Turkey and states that it advocates an equal relationship between Turkey and Northern Cyprus as independent states.

Communal Liberation Party New Forces is a centre-left political party in Northern Cyprus. It is led by Mehmet Çakıcı. It was founded in 2016 after a group headed by Çakıcı broke off from the Communal Democracy Party (TDP).

Snap parliamentary elections were held in Northern Cyprus on 23 January 2022. Going into the election, the government was led by Prime Minister Faiz Sucuoğlu of the National Unity Party (UBP). The Sucuoğlu cabinet, was formed in November 2021 and was a minority coalition government of the National Unity Party (UBP) and the Democratic Party (DP). It functioned as a caretaker government until the snap election.
