The Detroit Observatory is located on the corner of Observatory and Ann streets in Ann Arbor, Michigan. It was built in 1854, and was the first scientific research facility at the University of Michigan and the oldest observatory of its type in the nation. It was designated a Michigan State Historic Site in 1958 and placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1973.

The Levi Heywood Memorial Library Building is an historic library building at 28 Pearl Street in Gardner, Massachusetts. Completed in 1886, it is one of the city's most architecturally distinguished buildings, and a good example of Richardsonian Romanesque design. It was given in honor of Levi Heywood, a prominent figure in the city's economically important chair manufacturing industry. It was used as a library until 1978, and now houses a museum dedicated to the city's history. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1979, and included in the Gardner Uptown Historic District in 1999.
Aaron Barber Memorial Building, also known as Avon Free Library, is a historic library building located at Avon in Livingston County, New York. It is a rectangular five- by three-bay brick one story brick building with a hipped roof. It was built in 1928 in the Colonial Revival style.
World War Memorial Library, also known as Corning City Club, is a historic library building located at Corning in Steuben County, New York. It is a 2 1⁄2-story brick structure in a combination of the Colonial Revival and Classical Revival styles. Built in 1897 to house the Corning City Club, it became home to the library and memorial to Corning natives who lost their lives in World War I following a fire in 1926.
Lehigh Valley Railroad Station is a historic railway station located at Rochester in Monroe County, New York. The Lehigh Valley Railroad built the station in 1905 but stopped using the station for passenger service in the 1950s. Later the station was used as a bus terminal and then as a night club. In the 1980s the building was added to the National Register of Historic Places and today it houses the Dinosaur Bar-B-Que restaurant.

It is a square, two story, three bay building constructed of Flemish bond brick and limestone topped by a hipped roof. It opened in 1903 and was expanded in 1972.

The Morton Memorial Library is an historic structure along Kelly Street in the hamlet of Rhinecliff, New York, just east of the Hudson River. The building, constructed in 1905, occupies most of its small village lot less than 1 acre (0.40 ha) in size. It is situated on a slight knoll facing west. The library is a one-story brick civic building designed in the Colonial Revival style. Throughout its interior, restrained oak wordwork is preserved in a variety of features including wainscoting, trim around windows and doors, and mantelpieces. It is considered an historically significant example of public architecture in Rhinecliff. In the early nineteenth century, it served as a center for education and culture within the area. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places on July 9, 1987.

Mount Kisco Municipal Complex is a national historic district located at Mount Kisco, Westchester County, New York. The district contains two contributing buildings; the Mount Kisco Town and Village Hall (1932) and the United States Post Office (1936). Both are in the Colonial Revival style. The Town and Village Hall is a 2-story, cruciform plan brick building on a limestone foundation and topped by a slate-covered hipped and gable roof. It features an octagonal clock tower. The Village Library formerly occupied the second floor until a separate, adjacent building was constructed in the 1960s. The first floor formerly housed the police station and a small jail. The Post Office is a 1 1⁄2-story brick building set on a limestone foundation and topped by a slate shingle clad gable roof. It consists of a central section flanked by 1-story wings, with a large 2-story rear wing. The interior features murals depicting the history of Mount Kisco executed by artist Thomas Donnelly in 1936.

The Adams Memorial Building, now also known as the Derry Opera House, is a historic municipal building at 29 West Broadway near the center of Derry, New Hampshire. Built in 1904, it is a remarkably sophisticated Colonial Revival structure for what was at the time a small community. The building originally housed a variety of municipal offices and the local library. Local events are occasionally held in the theater of the building, located on the upper level. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982. The theater is now operated by a local nonprofit arts organization.
Cattermole Memorial Library is a historic building located in Fort Madison, Iowa, United States. It was individually listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984. In 2007 it was included as a contributing property in the Fort Madison Downtown Commercial Historic District.
The George H. and Alice Spaulding Cowles House is a historic building located in Osceola, Iowa, United States. George Cowles was a native of Bentonsport, Iowa who came to Osceola in 1869, and married Alice Spaulding in 1871. He was a banker. The house was also owned by a local physician and his wife, Dr. Jason and Mary F.Q. Roberts. It is an example of a high style, architect-designed Italianate residence. Its architect, however, is unknown. The two-story brick structure follows a rectangular plan, and is capped with a hipped roof and a cupola. It features shallow side wings, single story bays, porches on the front and sides of the structure, small gabled dormers at the roof line on the front and side elevations, and two large brick chimneys with decorative brick venting caps. The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2006.
