Hillsdale is a small town in Columbia County, New York, near Hudson, New York and Great Barrington, Massachusetts. State Routes 22 and 23 intersect near the town center, which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The town has several restaurants and a general store, among other businesses. Hillsdale is known for its hilly landscape and is near Bash Bish Falls, Taconic State Park, and the Catamount ski area.

Fox Chase Farm is one of two working farms in the city of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Formerly owned by the Wistar family, the farm is located on Pine Road in the Fox Chase neighborhood of Northeast Philadelphia on the border with Montgomery County. The farm gradually became surrounded by the city's residential neighborhoods and was purchased by the city in 1975. It is now run as an educational farm by the School District of Philadelphia.

Camp Pine Knot, also known as Huntington Memorial Camp, on Raquette Lake in the Adirondack Mountains of New York State, was built by William West Durant. Begun in 1877, it was the first of the "Adirondack Great Camps" and epitomizes the "Great Camp" architectural style. Elements of that style include log and native stonework construction, decorative rustic items of branches and twigs, and layout as a compound of separated structures. It is located on the southwest tip of Long Point, a two mile long point extending into Raquette Lake, in the Town of Long Lake in Hamilton County, New York.
Woodchuck Lodge, also known as John Burroughs Memorial State Historic Site is in Roxbury in the western Catskills of Delaware County, New York, was a summertime home of naturalist John Burroughs. He is buried here, at the foot of a rock on which he played as a child. From the gravesite one has a panoramic view of mountains.

Parkside Whispering Pines, once known as Tall Maples Miniature Golf Course, is a miniature golf course and national historic district located at the hamlet of Sea Breeze in the town of Irondequoit in Monroe County, New York. It was built in 1930 and is a rare surviving example of a miniature golf course that dates from the sport's first period of broad based popularity.
Sterling Grist Mill Complex is a historic grist mill complex located at Sterling in Cayuga County, New York. The complex consists of a frame mill building built about 1835, the rubble foundation of an 1859 tannery, and a dam and penstock built about 1900. The mill building is built with a hand-hewn heavy timber frame sheathed in narrow pine clapboard.
East Genoa Methodist Episcopal Church is a historic Methodist Episcopal church located at Genoa in Cayuga County, New York. It is a hand hewn timber frame structure, sheathed in pine clapboard, and built in 1849 in the Greek Revival style. High Victorian Gothic modifications were made in the 1880s.

The Pines is a historic home located at the hamlet of Pine Plains in the town of Pine Plains, Dutchess County, New York. It was built in 1878 and is a large 2-story frame residence with a 1 1⁄2-story service wing designed in the Stick-Eastlake style. It has an asymmetrical appearance with projecting bays, cross gables, and porches. It features a steeply pitched, common lap slate roof, four corbeled chimney stacks with terra cotta pots, and a tower with a steeply pitched pyramidal roof.
