Caleb Smith State Park Preserve is a state park located in Suffolk County, New York in the United States. The park is near the north shore of Long Island in the town of Smithtown. Prior to its current name, the park was called Nissequogue River State Park, a name now used for park lands on the former Kings Park Psychiatric Center grounds. Previously, it was simply known as the Wyandanch Preserve.

Westmoreland State Park lies within Westmoreland County, Virginia. The park extends about one and a half miles along the Potomac River and covers 1,321 acres. The Horsehead Cliffs provide visitors with a panoramic view of the Potomac River, and lower levels feature fossils and beach access. The park offers hiking, camping, cabins, fishing, boating and swimming, although mechanical issues in 2021 kept the swimming facility closed. Located on the Northern Neck Peninsula, the park is close to historical sites featuring earlier eras: George Washington's birthplace and Stratford Hall, the birthplace of Robert E. Lee.
The Rhinebeck Village Historic District is located along US 9 and NY 308 in Rhinebeck, New York, United States. It is an area of 167 acres (68 ha) contains 272 buildings in a variety of architectural styles dating from over 200 years of the settlement's history. It was recognized as a historic district and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1979 as a cohesive area of preserved historic buildings.
Highland Falls Station in Highland Falls, New York, is a former West Shore Railroad train station built in the 1880s. It was later used by the New York Central Railroad. Since the mid-20th century it has been used as a residence; the tracks are still used as a CSX freight line.

Bedford Corners Historic District is a historic district located at Portville in Cattaraugus County, New York. The district consists of three structures located at the intersection at New York State Route 305 and Deer Creek Road / Dodge Creek Road. The structures are a two-story, "L" shaped, frame dwelling built about 1856 by early settler Jacob Bedford; a one-room schoolhouse built in 1864; and the Bedford Corners Cheese Factory / Grange Hall built after 1886. The district also includes the 50 acres (20 ha) surrounding the structures.
Nahant Beach Reservation is a protected coastal reservation covering 67 acres (27 ha) of beach and recreational areas in the town of Nahant, Massachusetts. Nahant Road, formerly known as Nahant Beach Boulevard when it was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2003, offers access to 7,000-foot-long (2,100 m) Long Beach on the Atlantic Ocean side to the east. The reservation includes a boat ramp with access to Lynn Harbor and shares athletic fields with Lynn Shore Reservation in the area around Nahant Rotary, a traffic circle at the reservation's northern end. The reservation is part of the Metropolitan Park System of Greater Boston.

Goose Hill Road Historic District is a national historic district located at Cold Spring Harbor in Suffolk County, New York. The district has 11 contributing buildings. It is a small agrarian enclave situated along both sides of a narrow, winding road. The dwellings date from the late 18th to mid-19th century.
East Shore Road Historic District is a national historic district located at Halesite in Suffolk County, New York. The district has 21 contributing buildings, one contributing site, and one contributing structure. The majority of the residences date from 1860 to 1900 and represent one of the few intact collections of largely intact working class dwellings in Huntington. It also contains three settlement period dwellings, the site of a pottery works, and the Town Park.
West Neck Road Historic District is a national historic district located at Huntington in Suffolk County, New York. The district has 26 contributing buildings. It is a large, intact residential enclave with dwellings dating from the mid-18th to early 20th centuries.
Closter Road–Oak Tree Road Historic District is a national historic district located at Palisades in Rockland County, New York. It encompasses 18 contributing buildings and one contributing site. The district consists of 19 properties that reflect the historic core of the hamlet. It contains residential, commercial, religious, and civic properties of architectural and historic significance dating from the closing years of the 18th century to the first decade of the 20th.

It encompasses 36 contributing buildings located in a narrow valley to the west of the hamlet. It contains residential and religious properties of architectural and historic significance dating from the 18th century to the first third of the 20th.
South Side Sportsmen's Club was a recreational club that catered to the wealthy businessmen of Long Island during the gold coast era from the 1870s thru the 1960s. Its main clubhouse and other facilities were added to the National Register of Historic Places as the Southside Sportsmens Club District in 1973, and are today contained within the Connetquot River State Park Preserve.
