The Society of Friends Hall is a historic Society of Friends meeting house located at 172-174 Ridge Street in Glens Falls, Warren County, New York. It is attributed to architect Marcus F. Cummings and built in 1875. It is a two-story, rectangular, Italianate style brick religious building. It features tall rounded arched windows and small corner towers with buttresses. [2] :3–4

It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1984. [1]

Ashokan Bridge is a wooden covered bridge over Esopus Creek on the grounds of the Ashokan Center, in Ulster County. It was built in 1885, and is a single span, gable roofed, covered timber bridge. It measures 72 feet, 6 inches, long and 16 feet, 4 inches, wide. It was originally located at Turnwood and moved to its present location in 1939. It is situated in the Ashokan Center, which was formerly the Ashokan Field Campus of the State University of New York at New Paltz.

It was built about 1840, and is a Greek Revival style frame dwelling that incorporates an earlier Federal style dwelling built about 1805. It has a broad gabled roof and a central hall plan interior. The front section is 2 1/2-stories, five bays wide and four bays deep.

Lorenzo State Historic Site United States historic place

Lorenzo State Historic Site is a mansion built by Colonel John Lincklaen, founder of the village of Cazenovia, New York. Colonel Linklaen was the agent of the Holland Land Company upon whose recommendation the Company purchased the 135,000-acre (55,000 ha) tract of land where the village grew. The painted brick mansion, begun in 1807 and completed in 1809, overlooks Cazenovia Lake. It was listed in the National Register of Historic Places in July 1970. Located on the grounds is the separately listed Rippleton Schoolhouse.

Old Sardinia Town Hall, also known as the Sardinia Meeting House and First Baptist Church of Sardinia, is a historic town hall located at Sardinia in Erie County, New York. It was built between 1828 and 1830, and is a two-story, transitional Federal / Greek Revival style frame building. It originally housed a Baptist church congregation. The building was renovated in the early-1930s and housed a local community hall until deeded to the town of Sardinia in 1945 for use as a town hall. It is now home to the Sardinia Historical Society and Museum.

Fireman's Hall is a historic fire hall located at Alfred in Allegany County, New York. It was built in 1890-1891 by volunteer firemen as the first home of the A.E. Crandall Hook & Ladder Co. It is a massive three story brick and sandstone structure that features an imposing bell / clock tower. The clock, designed by Seth Thomas, was donated by the Samuel Stillman family after the Village ran out of funds for the hall. The weather vane atop depicts a firefighter on a ladder. The building has housed village offices since the 1970s, as well as village court, police station and meeting hall today.

Creek Meeting House and Friends Cemetery United States historic place

Creek Meeting House and Friends' Cemetery is a historic Society of Friends meeting house and cemetery on Salt Point Turnpike/Main Street in Clinton Corners, Dutchess County, New York. It was built between 1777 and 1782. The meeting house is a two-story, squarish building constructed of fieldstone. Land for the building was given by Able Peters whose substantial brick house is the next building on the same side of the road north of the meeting house. In 1828 the Friends Creek Meeting split into Hicksite and Orthodox meetings. The Orthodox meeting moved about a mile north of Clinton Corners to the Shingle Meeting House located on the grounds of the current Friends Upton Lake Cemetery. The Creek Meeting sold the building to the Upton Lake Grange in 1927 and joined the Bulls Head Meeting in 1936.

Oswego Meeting House and Friends' Cemetery is a historic Society of Friends meeting house and cemetery in Moore's Mill, Dutchess County, New York. It was built in 1790 and is a ​1 12-story frame building sided with clapboards and wooden shingles. It has a moderately pitched gable roof and two entrances on the front facade, each flanked by two windows. The cemetery contains about 50 stones and burials range in date from the 1790s to 1880s. Also on the property is a privy.

Municipal Building, also known as Old City Hall, is a historic city hall building located at Oneonta in Otsego County, New York. It is three story masonry building with an ornate facade of painted brick and terra cotta, built in 1906 in the Beaux-Arts style. A central tetrastyle pavilion in the Ionic order dominates the upper floors. In 1978 a neocolonial clock tower was erected on the roof. It housed the municipal government until 1980, when they moved to the Old Post Office building.

The Hotel Gerard, also known as the Hotel Langwell and Hotel 1-2-3, is a historic hotel located in New York, New York. The building was designed by George Keister and built in 1893. It is a 13-story, "U"-shaped, salmon colored brick and limestone building with German Renaissance style design elements. The front facade features bowed pairs of bay windows from the third to the sixth floor and the building is topped by steeply pointed front gables and a highly decorated dormer. It was originally built as an apartment hotel.

National Abolition Hall of Fame and Museum United States historic place

The National Abolition Hall of Fame and Museum is located on the second floor of a historic Presbyterian church, located at 5255 Pleasant Valley Road, between Elizabeth and Park Streets, in the hamlet of Peterboro, New York. The church, built in 1820, was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1994. No longer used as a church, it has been the Evans Academy; Town Hall; Peterboro Union School; and Peterboro Elementary School. The first floor now (2018) serves as the Town of Smithfield Community Center.
