It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980 and its boundaries were increased in 1998.

A second house, a 1+1⁄2-story, five-bay frame structure, was built about 1815 in a vernacular Federal style. Also on the property is a mid-19th-century barn, a late 19th-century dairy barn with silo, and a small shed.

It was built between about 1810 and 1820 and features delicate Federal carving in the front entrance. The farm complex consists of a barn (1898), silo, granary, and chicken coop.

Hiawatha Farm, also known as the Levi Green and Mary Montanye House, is a historic home and farm complex located at Owego in Tioga County, New York. The two story, five bay center entrance house was built about 1825 in the transitional Federal / Greek Revival style. Also on the property an English barn dating to the 1820s, garage, and chicken house.
Gilbert E. Purple House, also known as Northern Tioga Telephone Company building, is a historic home located at Newark Valley in Tioga County, New York. It was built in 1903 and purchased by Gilbert Purple in 1911, who expanded it to its present form in 1913. It is a modest 2+1⁄2-story Queen Anne style wood-frame building on a stone and concrete foundation. A large 2-story addition was completed about 1930 for use by the telephone company. By the mid-20th century, the building served dual purpose as residence and offices of the Northern Tioga Telephone Company, a small, independent local telephone company.
The Vesper Boat Club is an amateur rowing club located at #10 Boathouse Row in the historic Boathouse Row of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Founded in 1865 as the Washington Barge Club, the club's name was changed to Vesper Boat Club in 1870.
Elmwood, also known as "The Cliffs," is a historic home located at Oyster Bay in Nassau County, New York. It was built in 1836 for New York merchant Thomas F. Youngs (1805–1883) in the Greek Revival style. The original house is a 2-story, gable-roofed, five-by-three-bay wood-frame house. It was expanded about 1915 during its ownership by Charles L. Tiffany II (1878–1947), son of Louis Comfort Tiffany (1848–1933), and his wife, the suffragist and philanthropist, Katrina Brandes Ely Tiffany (1875-1927). It features a prominent cornice and architrave and an imposing tetrastyle Ionic order portico. Also on the property are an assortment of 19th century dependencies including a gazebo, tool shed, ice house, greenhouse, barns, and a brick coach house built in 1918 by Mr. Tiffany. The property also features a tall, octagonal, board and batten water tower.
