Downtown New Haven is the neighborhood located in the heart of the city of New Haven, Connecticut. It is made up of the original nine squares laid out in 1638 to form New Haven, including the New Haven Green, and the immediate surrounding central business district, as well as a significant portion of the Yale University campus. The area includes many restaurants, cafes, theaters and stores. Downtown is bordered by Wooster Square to the east, Long Wharf to the southeast, the Hill neighborhood to the south, the Dwight neighborhood to the west, the Dixwell neighborhood to the northwest, the Prospect Hill area to the north, and East Rock to the northeast.

Perry Downtown Historic District is a national historic district located at Perry in Wyoming County, New York. The district encompasses 41 contributing buildings in the village of Perry. They are a variety of commercial, institutional, and governmental buildings with most built between 1850 and 1918. Most of the commercial buildings are two-stories and constructed of brick. They include the Town Hall (1909), Masonic Temple (1914), Bussey Block (1898), Bailey-Roche Block, A. Cole and Wygant Building (1867), Garrison Building (1901), Rufus Smith Block (1856), Howell Building (1895), Traver Place Apartments (1924), and the Wise Building (1903).

The Park-to-Park Residential Historic District in Fort Madison, Iowa, United States, was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2014. The historic district is located to the north of the Downtown Commercial Historic District, generally between Central Park on the west and Old Settler's Park on the east. Both parks are contributing sites. For the most part the district is made up of single family homes built in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Some of these homes were built as rental properties, while others became so in later years. The Albright House and the Chief Justice Joseph M. Beck House are contributing properties, and they are also individually listed on the National Register. There are also duplexes and a few small scale apartment buildings in the district.
The Latsch Building is a historic commercial property in Winona, Minnesota, United States. Once known as the Kupietz Block, it was constructed in stages from 1860 to the 1880s. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1975 for having local significance in the themes of architecture and commerce. It was nominated for its transitional Gothic Revival/Italianate architecture and its former occupation by the largest of several produce wholesalers that based themselves in Winona to take advantage of the city's river and rail connections.

It developed between about 1860 and 1930, and includes examples of Queen Anne, Romanesque Revival, and Neoclassical style architecture. Notable buildings include the Zahrt Blocks, Ridgway Hotel (1863), Higday and Collins Blocks (1886–1888), LaPorte County Courthouse (1890–1894), Odd Fellows Building (1895), Lonn's Block (1889), People's Bank (1912), U.S. Post Office (1912), New York Central Depot (1909), Masonic Temple (1910), and Hotel Rumely (1912).
