By-elections in Bintong will be scheduled to be held on 2026 for the Perlis State Legislative Assembly seat of Bintong . It was called following the sacking of Fakhrul Anwar Ismail on 24 December 2025 by the President of PAS, Abdul Hadi Awang in a statement. [1] Fakhrul Anwar served as the Bintong DUN seat from 2022. The by-election will be held concurrently with the Chuping and Guar Sanji by-elections for the same reasons.
