Plattsburgh City Hall is an historic government building located at City Hall Place in Plattsburgh, Clinton County, New York. It was designed by architect John Russell Pope and constructed in 1917. It is a three-story, steel frame, limestone clad building in the Classical Revival style. It features a projecting entrance portico with six Doric order columns and a low central dome. [2] :6–7

It was added to the National Register of Historic Places on December 12, 1973. [1]

Perrine's Bridge is the second oldest covered bridge in the State of New York, after the Hyde Hall Bridge in East Springfield. Once located in the hamlet called Perrines Bridge between 1850 and 1861. It is located in the modern day town of Esopus-Rosendale, New York just a few hundred feet to the east of Interstate 87 crossing of the Wallkill River in Ulster County, New York. Originally built to aid in the movement of trade between the towns of Rifton and Rosendale, the bridge is about 90 miles north of New York city between mile markers 81 and 82 on the New York State Thruway. In May 1834 the State of New York authorized and provided money ($700) to Ulster county, NY, to build the bridge. In 1835, the bridge was built by Benjamin Wood, the one-lane wooden covered bridge has been closed to vehicular traffic since 1930. The Bridge derives its name from James W. Perrine, a descendant of Daniel Perrin "The Huguenot", who was a tavern keeper that opened an inn on the east side of that future bridge in 1820. Perrine's son was hired each winter as the "snower". He would spread snow the length of the structure so horse-drawn sleighs could cross.

Plattsburgh station is an Amtrak intercity train station in Plattsburgh, New York. The station is served by one daily round trip on the Adirondack. It has one low-level side platform on the west side of the single track of the Canadian Pacific Railway Canadian Subdivision.

Plattsburgh Bay, also known as Cumberland Bay, is an inlet on the western shore of Lake Champlain in Clinton County, New York. The bay is the location of the town and city of Plattsburgh, and was the site of the Battle of Plattsburgh, a naval and land engagement fought on September 11, 1814, late in the War of 1812. The bay and two land sites related to the battle were designated as a National Historic Landmark in 1960.

The Clinton County Courthouse Complex is a historic county government and courthouse site located at 135 Margaret Street in Plattsburgh, Clinton County, New York. The main courthouse was constructed in 1889. It is a two-story, ashlar stone and brick Richardsonian Romanesque style building. It has a hipped roof and rock-faced arched openings. It features a large, square central tower with an open campanile and pyramidal roof. The associated Surrogate's Building was built in 1884–1885, and is a two-story, Italianate style brick building with a bracketed cornice with Renaissance style detail.

It is bounded by the railroad from the north, by Plattsburgh Bay from the east, and by the Saranac River, which separates it from downtown Plattsburgh, from the west.

It is a rectangular limestone Gothic Revival style church. It has a slate gable roof and buttresses. It features arched openings and a central square bell tower with tall spire and embedded clocks on each side.

Lyon Mountain station is a historic train station located at Lyon Mountain, Clinton County, New York. The station was built by the Delaware and Hudson Railway in 1903, and is a long one-story, rectangular, wood-frame building with Late Victorian style design elements. It has a hipped roof with wide overhanging eaves and topped by a cupola with a pyramidal roof. The station remained in use until 1949–1950, and later used as a post office and tavern. It is now a museum.

It was built about 1876 and was a 2-story rectangular building on a stone foundation with a 1+12-story north wing. The residence it was associated with was demolished in 1977. The carriage house itself was allowed to fall into extreme disrepair and was torn down by its owner in 2020.

It was built about 1878 and is a 2+12-story, cruciform plan brick structure on a raised stone foundation. The facade features a rounded 2-story bay, a five-gable roof dormer, and Mansard roof. The Academy was founded about 1878 and operated by the Grey Nuns, founded by Saint Marie-Marguerite d'Youville (1701-1771). The Academy has since been folded into the Seton Catholic Central High School, and the building has since been converted into apartments.

Hawkins Hall is a historic institutional building located on the campus of State University of New York at Plattsburgh at Plattsburgh in Clinton County, New York, USA. It was designed by the state architect William E. Haugaard and built in 1932. It is a two-story stone structure with five-story and two-story towers in the Late Gothic Revival style. The entrances feature large wooden paneled doors with semi-circular transoms. It was built for the state Normal School at Plattsburgh to replace a structure destroyed by fire in 1929. It is named for Dr. George Hawkins, who was principal of the Normal School from 1898 to 1932, in 1955.

Fort Brown Site is a historic former redoubt located on the Saranac River at Plattsburgh in Clinton County, New York. It was built during the War of 1812 and used in Battle of Plattsburgh. It had eight guns and four interior buildings.
