Cuneatibacter is a rod-shaped bacterial genus from the family of Lachnospiraceae with one known species ( Cuneatibacter caecimuris ). [1] [2] [3] [4]
Sphingopyxis is a bacterial genus.
The Lachnospiraceae are a family of obligately anaerobic, variably spore-forming bacteria in the order Eubacteriales that ferment diverse plant polysaccharides to short-chain fatty acids and alcohols (ethanol). These bacteria are among the most abundant taxa in the rumen and the human gut microbiota. Members of this family may protect against colon cancer in humans by producing butyric acid. Lachnospiraceae have been found to contribute to diabetes in genetically susceptible (ob/ob) germ-free mice.
Acidicapsa is a bacterial genus from the family of Acidobacteriaceae.
Rhabdobacter is a bacterial genus from the family of Spirosomaceae.
Muribaculum is a genus from the family of Muribaculaceae, with one known species.
Muribaculum intestinale is a strictly anaerobic bacterium from the genus of Muribaculum which has been isolated from the caecal content of a mouse in Zürich in Switzerland.
Pseudoduganella danionis is a Gram-negative and rod-shaped bacterium from the genus of Pseudoduganella which has been isolated from the zebrafish.
Auraticoccus is a bacterial genus from the family of Propionibacteriaceae.
Raineyella is a bacterial genus from the family Propionibacteriaceae.
Psychrobacter pocilloporae is a Gram-negative, rod-shaped and aerobic bacterium of the genus Psychrobacter which has been isolated from the coral Pocillopora eydouxi from the Andaman Sea in India.
Legionella saoudiensis is a Gram-negative bacterium from the genus Legionella which has been isolated from sewage water from Jeddah in Saudi Arabia.
Aureimonas galii is a Gram-negative and rod-shaped bacteria from the genus of Aurantimonas which has been isolated from the phyllosphere of the plant Galium album.
Aureimonas pseudogalii is a Gram-negative and rod-shaped bacteria from the genus of Aurantimonas which has been isolated from the phyllosphere of the plant Galium album.
Streptomyces phyllanthi is a bacterium species from the genus of Streptomyces which has been isolated from the stem of the tree Phyllanthus amarus.
Nitriliruptor alkaliphilus is a non-spore-forming and non-motile bacterium from the genus Nitriliruptor which has been isolated from sediments from a soda lake in Siberia in Russia.
Micromonospora sediminis is a bacterium from the genus Micromonospora which has been isolated from mangrove sediments from Chonburi Province, Thailand.
Chitinispirillum is a genus of bacteria from the family of Chitinispirillaceae with one known species. Chitinispirillum alkaliphilum has been isolated from hypersaline lake sediments from the Wadi el Natrun valley in Egypt.
Chitinivibrio is an extremely haloalkaliphilic genus of bacteria from the family of Chitinivibrionaceae with one known species. Chitinivibrio alkaliphilus has been isolated from hypersaline lake sediments from Wadi al Natrun in Egypt.
Flexilinea is a bacterial genus from the family of Anaerolineaceae with one known species. Flexilinea flocculi has been isolated from methanogenic granular sludge.
Ornithinicoccus is a Gram-positive and non-motile bacterial genus from the family of Intrasporangiaceae.
