George and Mildred is a British sitcom produced by Thames Television and first aired between 1976 and 1979. It is a spin-off from Man About the House, and starred Brian Murphy and Yootha Joyce as constantly-sparring married couple George and Mildred Roper. The premise of the series had George and Mildred leaving their flat as depicted in Man About the House and moving to a modern, upmarket housing estate in Hampton Wick. Their arrival horrifies their snobbish neighbour Jeffrey Fourmile, a middle-class estate agent who fears the Ropers' presence will devalue his home.
Fourmile Canyon or Four Mile Canyon is a mountainous canyon in western Boulder County, Colorado that channels a stream known as Fourmile Creek or Four Mile Creek .). The stream rises at 40.048°N 105.550°W on the southern slope of Niwot Mountain, before flowing east and south through the unincorporated communities of Sunset, Wallstreet, Salina and Crisman to the confluence with Boulder Creek at 40.015°N 105.324°W in Boulder Canyon, four miles west of the historic location of the Boulder Railroad Depot.

Fourmile Lake is a reservoir located 5,748 feet (1,752 m) above sea level in Klamath County, Oregon, United States. It is 45 miles (72 km) northeast of Medford. The lake was created when the 25-foot (7.6 m) tall Fourmile Lake Dam was constructed, impounding Fourmile Creek, in the Klamath River watershed. It is located just to the east of Mount McLoughlin, which stands 9,495 feet (2,894 m) above sea level. The lake is bordered by Sky Lakes Wilderness, and is in the Winema National Forest.
The Cascade Canal is a canal located in Klamath and Jackson counties, in the U.S. State of Oregon. It delivers water from Fourmile Lake in the Klamath River watershed over the Cascade Divide to Fish Lake in the Rogue River watershed. It diverts approximately 5,462 acre feet (6,737,000 m3) annually into Fish Lake. About 33 percent of the water diverted from Fourmile Lake is lost or spilled on the way to Fish Lake.
Fourmile Canyon Creek or Four Mile Canyon Creek is a tributary of Boulder Creek. Its source is northwest of Boulder, Colorado and flows through the northern part of the city for part of its length. It should not be confused with a similarly named stream that runs through Fourmile Canyon west of Boulder, which was the site of a major wildfire in 2010.
