The Guy Park Avenue School is a historic school building located at 300 Guy Park Avenue in Amsterdam, Montgomery County, New York. It was built in 1902 and is a two-story, square brick building on a raised stone foundation. It features a round arched entrance portal of cast stone and a triangular pediment highlighted by an oculus and wag ornamentation. It ceased use as a school in 1968.
From 1968 to 2001 it housed the Walter Elwood Museum, with exhibits about local history and culture. [2] [3] The museum later moved to the nearby Guy Park mansion, also a historic site. The old school is now an apartment building.
The building was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1995. [1]
Branch House in Richmond, Virginia, was designed in 1916 by the firm of John Russell Pope as a private residence of financier John Kerr Branch (1865–1930) and his wife Beulah Gould Branch (1860–1952).
Guy Park, also known as Guy Park State Historic Site or Guy Park Manor, is a house built in 1774 in the Georgian style for Guy Johnson, the Irish-born nephew and son-in-law to Sir William Johnson, 1st Baronet, the British Superintendent for Indian Affairs in colonial New York. Built of limestone, the house was originally situated on a square mile of land on the north side of the Mohawk River and near it for access to water transportation.

The church is located at 800–804 Broadway, at the corner of East 10th Street, where Broadway bends to the south-southeast, bringing it in alignment with the avenues in Manhattan's grid. The Landmark Society of Western New York acquired the property in 1956 to restore and preserve as a museum.

It is characterized by an eclectic design that combines features characteristic of the Romanesque, Gothic Revival, and Queen Anne styles.
Ohio Street Methodist Episcopal Church Complex, also known as Third Avenue Methodist Church and St. Ann Maronite Catholic Church, is a historic Methodist Episcopal church at 1921 Third Avenue in Watervliet, Albany County, New York. It was originally built about 1850 and modified about 1895. The parish house was built about 1880. Both are brick buildings with wood floor and roof framing and stone foundations.
Walton Grange No. 1454 is a historic Grange building located at 137 Stockton Avenue in Walton in Delaware County, New York, United States. Designed by architects Randall and Gilbert of Walton and built in 1886, it consists of a two-story administration building with an attached gable roofed drill shed. It was occupied from 1886-1896 by the 33rd Separate Company then vacated in 1896 and converted for use as a school and a Grange hall. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1998 as Walton Grange #1454-Former Armory.
Babb, Cook & Willard was a New York City-based architectural firm established in 1884 that designed many important houses and commercial buildings. The principals of the firm were George Fletcher Babb (1836–1915), Walter Cook (1843–1916), and Daniel W. Willard. Willard left the firm in 1908, and was replaced by Winthrop A. Welch. The firm was subsequently renamed Babb, Cook and Welch until 1912, when it became Cook and Welch.

Ever Rest is the home and studio of Jasper F. Cropsey, a painter in the Hudson River School. The historic house museum is located in Hastings-on-Hudson, New York and was built in 1835. Cropsey acquired the property in 1886 and built an artist studio addition which was completed in 1888. It is owned and managed by the Newington-Cropsey Foundation which preserves the house and the work of Cropsey.
The Squadron A Armory is a former United States Army armory and was the home base of Squadron A. It took up the whole block between Madison Avenue and Park Avenue, between 94th and 95th Street. It was therefore also known as the Madison Avenue Armory. A surviving part of the building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places as Madison Avenue Facade of the Squadron A Armory and is a New York City landmark.
The Walter Elwood Museum is a museum of local history in Amsterdam, New York. The museum is currently located in at 100 Church Street in the former Noteworthy Complex and historic Sanford & Sons Carpet Mills building.
The Vrooman Avenue School is a historic school building located at 400 Vrooman Avenue in Amsterdam, Montgomery County, New York. It was built in 1918 and is a two-story, H-shaped, yellow brick institutional building. It features a slight projecting central pavilion at the main entrance and an elaborate stone carving depicting a child's head and a swag draped around an open book. A gymnasium was added to the main structure in 1925. The school closed in June 1975, and is now an apartment building.
Public School 17 is a historic school located at City Island in the Bronx, New York City. It was designed by architect C. B. J. Snyder (1860–1945) and built in 1897 in the Neo-Georgian style. A rear addition was built in 1930. It is a two-story, five-bay brick building on a high basement. It features a shallow wooden entrance porch with Doric order columns.
