Ingleside is a historic home located at Alexandria Bay in Jefferson County, New York. It is a large frame and stone residence built about 1900 in an eclectic Shingle style. It is a 2 12-story summer home. Also on the property is an icehouse, combined boathouse / guesthouse, private island, square gazebo, terraced pool, and pumphouse with observation deck. [2]

It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980. [1]

The Lorado Taft Midway Studios are a historic artist studio complex at South Ingleside Avenue and East 60th Street, on the campus of the University of Chicago on the South Side of Chicago. The architecturally haphazard structure, originating as two converted barns and a Victorian house, was used from 1906 to 1929 as the studio of Lorado Taft (1860-1936), one of the most influential sculptors of the period. A National Historic Landmark, it now houses the university's visual arts department.

It has a two-story, single-pile frame addition added about 1840. The house is in a late Federal style. Also on the property are a contributing two-story frame hay barn sheathed in weatherboard and a ​2 12-story frame tobacco barn.
