John C. Stout (born September 15, 1983) is an American former professional stock car racing driver and current team owner of SQR Development, which fields one part-time Toyota Supra in the NASCAR Xfinity Series. As a driver, he competed part-time in the Xfinity Series (then known as the Nationwide Series), the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series, and the ARCA Menards Series East (then known as the NASCAR K&N Pro Series East) between 2003 and 2013.

Stout began racing karts in western New York at age 11. After winning track championships, he moved up to Super Trucks (which is a class of late model chassis with truck bodies) at age 15 and won track championships. He then began racing late model stock cars at age 18 throughout western New York and Pennsylvania. [1] He then competed part-time in the NASCAR Truck Series from 2003 to 2010, the Nationwide (now Xfinity) Series from 2008 to 2010, and the K&N Pro Series East (now the ARCA Menards Series East) in 2013. [2] On December 20, 2021, Stout announced his return to NASCAR, restarting his Xfinity Series team which last competed in the series in 2009 after buying some Toyotas from Joe Gibbs Racing. The team name was previously Stellar Quest Racing and will now be SQR Development. The team will run 10 to 12 races with the first one being at Richmond. The driver has yet to be determined. [3]
Stout is a candidate for Governor of New York in the 2022 election. The details about his campaign, including which political party's nomination he is running for (or if he is running as an independent), are unclear. [3]
On January 2, 2022, Stout was arrested for repeatedly harassing his wife. [4] On April 2, 2022, he was charged with criminal contempt of court for violating an order of protection. [5]

John Paul Christian Menard is an American semi-retired professional stock car racing driver who last competed part-time in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series, driving the No. 66 Toyota Tundra for ThorSport Racing.
Michael Joseph Harmon is an American professional stock car racing driver. He last competed part-time in the NASCAR Xfinity Series, driving the No. 74 Chevrolet Camaro for Mike Harmon Racing. In the past, he drove in the NASCAR Slim Jim All Pro Series, finishing 8th in points in 1997.
David Leon Starr is an American professional stock car racing driver. He competes part-time in the NASCAR Xfinity Series, driving the No. 08 Ford Mustang for SS-Green Light Racing. He has also raced in the Camping World Truck Series, where he is a four-time race winner, and the NASCAR Cup Series in the past.
William A. Allen is an American professional stock car racing driver and team owner. He is the co-owner of Rackley WAR, a team that competes full-time in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series and in late model racing. Dexter J. Bean is an American professional stock car racing driver and crew chief who last competed part-time in the NASCAR Xfinity Series, driving the No. 90 Chevrolet Camaro SS for DGM Racing, and also crew chiefs for the team on occasion. He has also competed part-time in both the NASCAR Cup Series and NASCAR Camping World Truck Series in the past, both in 2009. Ryan A. Reed is an American professional stock car racing driver and driver coach who previously competed part-time in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series. Reed previously competed full-time in the NASCAR Xfinity Series with Roush Fenway Racing for five years, driving the No. 16 Ford Mustang, which was highlighted by two wins at the season-opening Daytona race. He has also competed in the ARCA/CRA Super Series in the past. After Roush closed down their Xfinity Series team after the 2018 season, Reed has mostly been without a ride in NASCAR since then. While in that situation, Reed has worked since 2020 as the driver coach for Jack Wood, who competes for GMS Racing in the ARCA Menards Series.
Brandon A.
