Lisa Thompson is an Australian set decorator and Academy Award winner.

Thompson is from Toorak, Victoria and got her break in the industry working on Romper Stomper in 1992. She also worked on Moulin Rouge! [1]

In 2015, Thompson won an Emmy Award for the miniseries The Pacific , in the category of Outstanding Art Direction for a Miniseries or Movie. [1]

Thompson won the Academy Award for Best Production Design at the 88th Academy Awards in 2015 for her work on the film Mad Max: Fury Road along with Colin Gibson. [2] [3] [4]

Mad Max: Fury Road is a 2015 Australian post-apocalyptic dystopian action film co-written, co-produced, and directed by George Miller. The fourth instalment in the Mad Max franchise, it was produced by Village Roadshow Pictures, Kennedy Miller Mitchell, and RatPac-Dune Entertainment and distributed by Roadshow Entertainment in Australia and by Warner Bros. Paul Pattison is an Oscar-winning makeup artist who was a member of the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences. He, along with Lois Burwell and Peter Frampton, won at the 68th Academy Awards in 1995 for Best Makeup for the film Braveheart. He also won the BAFTA award for his work on Braveheart in 1996. In 2004 and 2012 he was a nominee for the Primetime Emmy Award for his work on Ike: Countdown to D-Day and Hemingway & Gellhorn. Ben Osmo is an Australian Production Sound Mixer. He is recipient of an Academy Award, three AACTA Awards and an honorary Australian Centenary Medal 2001. Her work include productions for both cinema like the Academy Award-nominated films An Education (2009) and Brooklyn (2015) and television like the BBC One drama The Lost Prince and the HBO miniseries Chernobyl (2019), receiving an Emmy Award for the former and a BAFTA Craft Award for the latter.
