Ambassadors of Russia are the individuals appointed by the President of Russia to serve as the head of Russian diplomatic mission to the respective countries, international organisations, or as ambassador-at-large. Ambassadors serve at the pleasure of the president. Ambassadors change regularly for the reasons like resignment or retirement. The modern position of ambassador was established during the Soviet era by the Supreme Soviet of the Soviet Union.

The foreign relations of the Russian Federation is the policy arm of the government of Russia which guides its interactions with other nations, their citizens, and foreign organizations. This article covers the foreign policy of the Russian Federation since the dissolution of the Soviet Union in late 1991. At present, Russia has no diplomatic relations with Ukraine due to its ongoing invasion of Ukraine. Other than Ukraine, Russia also has no diplomatic relations with Georgia, Bhutan, Federated States of Micronesia or Solomon Islands.
Since its independence from France in 1962, Algeria has pursued an activist foreign policy. In the 1960s and 1970s, Algeria was noted for its support of Third World policies and independence movements. Since its independence, Algeria has been a member of the Arab League, the African Union and of the United Nations.
Russia–Singapore relations are the bilateral foreign relations between the two countries, Russia and Singapore. Russia has an embassy in Singapore. Singapore has an embassy in Moscow. Both countries are full members of APEC. Due to the 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine, relations became very tense after Singapore imposed sanctions against Russia. Russia placed Singapore on a list of "unfriendly countries" along with Taiwan, South Korea, Japan, the United States, European Union members, NATO members, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Norway, Switzerland, Micronesia and Ukraine.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus is the Belarusian government ministry which oversees the foreign relations of Belarus.
Guyana–Russia relations are the bilateral foreign relations between the Russian Federation and Guyana. Officially established in 1970, Russia has an embassy in Georgetown, and Guyana's non-resident ambassador to Russia is located in London.
Philippines–Soviet Union relations refers to the former bilateral ties between the Republic of the Philippines and the now-defunct Union of Soviet Socialist Republics.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan is a government ministry of Tajikistan. It is the central executive authority exercising state administration in the sphere of relations of the Republic of Tajikistan with foreign countries and international organizations. It carries out its activities in cooperation with other central executive bodies, local government bodies, legal entities. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan has the status of a legal entity, its own seal, stamps, and bank accounts. The current Minister is Sirojiddin Muhriddin.
