Religion in the Philippines is marked by a majority of people being adherents of the Christian faith. At least 92% of the population is Christian; about 81% belong to the Catholic Church while about 11% belong to Protestantism, Orthodoxy, Restorationist and Independent Catholicism and other denominations such as Iglesia Filipina Independiente, Iglesia ni Cristo, Seventh-day Adventist Church, United Church of Christ in the Philippines, Members Church of God International (MCGI) and Evangelicals. Officially, the Philippines is a secular nation, with the Constitution guaranteeing separation of church and state, and requiring the government to respect all religious beliefs equally.

Constructed of brick with limestone accents, the main block is surmounted by a profusion of tower, turrets, and cross gables. The front facade is flanked by two massive square towers.

The building features an octagonal open domed belfry supported by eight Ionic columns. It has a veneer of small, rounded and uniform lake-washed cobbles. It is one of only 14 cobblestone church buildings in New York state, and of 106 cobblestone structures in Monroe County. The building was fully renovated in 1965.

Baptist Temple is a historic Baptist church at 360 Schermerhorn Street in Brooklyn, New York. It was built in 1893–1894 in the Romanesque Revival style and rebuilt after a fire in 1917–1918. It has a brownstone base and superstructure faced with subtly textured brick with brownstone trim. The building features a large rose window and three corner towers.

It was built in 1856 and is a small frame meeting house with modest Greek Revival style detailing. It features a small, reconstructed, bell tower and spire. The church cemetery includes the gravesite of Gustavus A. Neumann, founding editor of the New Yorker Staats-Zeitung.
Clifton Park Center Baptist Church and Cemetery is a historic Baptist church and cemetery at 713 Clifton Park Center Road in Clifton Park Center, Saratoga County, New York. It was built in 1837 and is a rectangular, gable-roofed brick church in a vernacular Greek Revival style. The adjacent cemetery is surrounded by a cast and wrought iron picket fence and gate. There are approximately 350 burials. The congregation was established about 1794 and the cemetery about 1801.
First Baptist Church of Deerfield is a historic Baptist church on Herkimer Road in Utica, Oneida County, New York. It is a wooden frame structure built in 1811 with vernacular Federal style details. The structure is four bays deep and features a square entrance tower attached to the facade.

It is a 2-story, three-by-four-bay wood-frame building constructed in 1832–1833. The interior features a traditional meeting house plan. Also on the property is a small frame outhouse built about 1870, a three-step fieldstone carriage step, and cemetery.

The First Congregational Church, also known as Sioux City Baptist Church and most recently as Iglesia Pentecostes Evangelica Principe de Paz, is a house of worship located in Sioux City, Iowa, United States. An architectural rarity, it is one of a small group of churches in the Prairie School style of architecture. Designed primarily in the Prairie style with some eclectic touches by architect William L. Steele, its horizontal lines are emphasized by Roman brick and crisp rectilinear forms. Somewhat at variance are the distinctive dome and the prominent round heads on the windows.
