The Renault Twingo E-Tech is a small battery electric car produced by the French manufacturer Renault. It was previewed in November 2023 by the Twingo Legend concept car. [3] [4]
The styling is heavily inspired by the first generation Twingo. [2]
The model will be built on the "AmpR Small" platform and set to be assembled in Slovenia from 2026. [5]
In January 2024, the Twingo E-Tech Electric Prototype won the special jury prize at the 31st L'Argus Trophies ceremony. [6]

The Fiat 500e, also known as the 500 elettrica or New 500 is a battery-electric car by Italian manufacturer Fiat as the third generation of its 500 city cars, following the original 500 (1957–1975) and second-generation 500 (2007–2024). The third-generation 500e is manufactured at the Mirafiori plant in Turin, Italy, starting in 2020, and was sold alongside the second-generation 500, which was manufactured in Tychy, Poland until 2024. It was previewed as a concept was shown in May 2022 called the Renault Scénic Vision, with the production model having an estimated release date of 2024. The car is the 2024 European Car of the Year.
The Renault Twingo Electric is a battery electric vehicle, introduced in 2020 by Renault. After plans to roll out new electric vehicles, including an electric Twingo, were confirmed in September 2019, Renault announced the Twingo Electric, marketed as the Twingo Z.E. and in France as the Twingo E-Tech Électrique, the first-ever electric version of its city car, in February 2020 at the Geneva Motor Show. It is the second electric car from Renault, following the Zoe. The Twingo Z.E. drivetrain is based on that of the Smart EQ Forfour, with a larger battery.
