The Clinton County Courthouse Complex is a historic county government and courthouse site located at 135 Margaret Street in Plattsburgh, Clinton County, New York. The main courthouse was constructed in 1889. It is a two-story, ashlar stone and brick Richardsonian Romanesque style building. It has a hipped roof and rock-faced arched openings. It features a large, square central tower with an open campanile and pyramidal roof. The associated Surrogate's Building was built in 1884–1885, and is a two-story, Italianate style brick building with a bracketed cornice with Renaissance style detail.
The Darke County Courthouse, Sheriff's House and Jail are three historic buildings located at 504 South Broadway just south of West 4th Street in Greenville, Ohio. On December 12, 1976, the three buildings of the present courthouse complex were added to the National Register of Historic Places.

The Schuyler County Courthouse Complex is a historic courthouse complex located on North Frankln Street between 9th and 10th Streets in Watkins Glen in Schuyler County, New York. It consists of a three building government complex. The courthouse, built in 1855, is a two-story, rectangular brick building on a stone foundation. It features an inset square tower with an ogee roof and weather vane. It also has a small pedimented porch supported by Doric order columns. The Sheriff's residence is a two-story brick structure with hipped roof and cupola. The third building is the one story Clerk's office that measures 22 feet by 38 feet.
Jefferson County Courthouse Complex is a courthouse complex and national historic district located at Watertown in Jefferson County, New York. The district includes three contributing buildings; the courthouse building (1862), Clerk's Office (1883–1884) and Surrogate's Office (1905). The courthouse building is a two-story, red brick structure with limestone trim. It features a three-story tower on the northwest corner. It was designed by architect Horatio Nelson White.
Otsego County Courthouse is a historic courthouse building in Cooperstown, Otsego County, New York. It is a 2+1⁄2-story, brick-and-stone structure on a foundation of coursed ashlar. It was designed by Archimedes Russell (1840–1915) and built in 1880. It features a gable roof, projecting pavilions, and a tower with supporting pavilion and overhanging top stage. The front facade of the building is dominated by a large stained glass window.
Delaware County Courthouse Square District is a national historic district located at Delhi in Delaware County, New York. The district contains 18 contributing buildings and one contributing structure. It consists of a distinctive and unspoiled grouping of 19th century governmental, commercial, and religious structures built around the village green. It includes the county courthouse and clerk's office, the sheriff's office and jail, and a bandstand. It also includes the buildings surrounding the green. The 2+1⁄2-story brick courthouse building was designed by Isaac G. Perry and features a mansard roof. Also within the district are the Presbyterian church (1831) and Bank building (1838).
The Starke County Courthouse is a historic courthouse located at Knox, Starke County, Indiana. It was designed by the architectural firm of Wing & Mahurin, of Fort Wayne and built in 1897. It is a three-story, Richardsonian Romanesque style Indiana Oolitic limestone and terra cotta building. It has a Greek cross-plan and is topped by a tiled hipped roof. It features a 138 feet tall clock tower located at the roof's center.
Stone Grist Mill Complex is a historic grist mill complex located at St. Johnsville in Montgomery County, New York. The complex consists of the mill, the remains of a stone impoundment dam, the mill owner's house, bar, wagon shed, and hog house. The mill was built about 1835 and is a 30 by 50 feet gable roofed structure constructed of rough cut, native limestone block laid in random ashlar. The mill is now occupied by a bed and breakfast.

The courthouse was the second building the county has used for court functions and county administration.

It was individually listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1981 as a part of the County Courthouses in Iowa Thematic Resource. In 2014 it was included as a contributing property in the Greenfield Public Square Historic District. The courthouse is the third structure to house county courts and administration offices.
Ottumwa City Hall is the official seat of government for the city of Ottumwa, Iowa, United States. The building originally served as a post office and federal courthouse. It is part of the Central Park area, which includes: Ottumwa Public Library, Wapello County Courthouse and St. Mary of the Visitation Catholic Church. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1976.
The Shiawassee County Courthouse is a historic courthouse in Corunna, the county seat of Shiawassee County, Michigan. It is a Michigan State Historic Site and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Built from 1903 through 1904, it was designed by Claire Allen in the Classical Revival style. The building continues its original function of housing county offices and is an active courthouse.
Shenandoah County Courthouse is a historic courthouse building located at Woodstock, Shenandoah County, Virginia. It was built about 1790, as a single pile, two-story, seven bay, structure with a facade of rough-hewn coursed limestone ashlar. A projecting tetrastyle Tuscan portico was added in 1929 to the central three bays. Atop the gable roof is a handsome hexagonal cupola with ogee-shaped roof above the belfry and surmounted by a short spire topped by a ball finial. A one-story Greek Revival style rear wing was added about 1840; a one-story clerk's office was added in 1880.

The district covers the city's central business district and adjacent areas. It is primarily commercial, but also contains the historic county courthouse complex, and school, library, and church buildings. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2013.
The Orleans County Courthouse and Jail Complex is a historic government facility on Main Street in the city of Newport, Vermont, the shire town of Orleans County. The complex includes a fine Romanesque courthouse built in 1886, a wood-frame jailer's quarters built in 1886, and a 1903 brick jail. The complex was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984.
