55 Central Park West is a 19-floor housing cooperative on the Upper West Side of Manhattan in New York City. Built in 1929, it was designed by the architectural firm Schwartz & Gross. The building is a contributing property within the Central Park West Historic District, which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
The Park Plaza Apartments were one of the first and most prominent Art Deco apartment buildings erected in the Bronx in New York City. The eight-story, polychromatic terra cotta embellished structure at 1005 Jerome Avenue and West 164th Street was designed by Horace Ginsberg and Marvin Fine and completed in 1931. It is an eight-story building divided into five blocks or section, each six bays wide. There are about 200 apartments, ranging from one to five rooms.

Two properties, both buildings, that had been listed in the past but have since been demolished have been delisted; one building that is also no longer extant remains listed.
The Harry Belafonte 115th Street Branch of the New York Public Library is a historic library building located in Harlem, New York City. It was designed by McKim, Mead & White and built in 1907–1908 and opened on November 6, 1908. It is a three-story-high, three-bay-wide building faced in deeply rusticated gray limestone in a Neo Italian Renaissance style. The branch was one of 65 built by the New York Public Library with funds provided by the philanthropist Andrew Carnegie, 11 of them designed by McKim, Mead & White. The building is 50 feet wide and features three evenly spaced arched openings on the first floor. The branch served as Harlem cultural center and hub of organizing efforts.
Colonial Village is a historic garden apartment complex located at Arlington County, Virginia, United States. It contains 226 contributing buildings built in four stages between 1935 and 1940. The buildings hold approximately 1,055 apartments. The brick Colonial Revival-style buildings are situated around courtyards with clusters of five and seven buildings to larger groupings of up to thirteen. Colonial Village was the first Federal Housing Administration-insured, large-scale, rental housing project erected in the United States. The complex has been converted to condominiums split into three phases and two apartment complexes: Colonial Village Apartments and Colonial Village West.
Medical Arts Building is an American historic medical office building located at Newport News, Virginia. It was designed by architect Charles M. Robinson and built in 1928. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2002.
William Byrd Hotel is a historic hotel building located in Richmond, Virginia. It was built in 1925, and is an 11-story, Classical Revival style building consisting of a base, shaft and capital. It is a steel frame building clad in limestone, buff brick, and with terra cotta decorative elements. The building is topped by a three-story penthouse with a one-story addition. The hotel ceased operation in the 1980s, and the building was renovated into apartments in 1996. As of 2017, the William Byrd Apartments were owned by Project: Homes, a regional nonprofit dedicated to providing housing for low-income seniors.
Church of Saints Peter and Paul Complex, now known as the Coptic Monastery of Saint Shenouda, is a historic Roman Catholic church complex located on the edge of the Susan B. Anthony neighborhood of Rochester, Monroe County, New York. The complex consists of the Italian Renaissance Revival style church (1911), former school (1912), rectory (1926), and rectory garage (1926). The church features a loggia and 145 feet tall bell tower. The school has been converted to 12 apartments. The church was sold to the Coptic Monastery of Saint Shenouda in 2007.
Hotel Albert, also known as The Albert and Albert Apartments, is a historic hotel and apartment complex located in the Greenwich Village neighborhood of Lower Manhattan, New York City. The hotel was noted for being popular among artists, musicians, writers, and political radicals. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2012.
116 John Street is a historic office tower at the southwest corner of John Street and Pearl Street in the Financial District of Lower Manhattan in New York City. It was built in 1931, and is a 35-story brick and terra cotta building consisting of a three-story base, a 19-story shaft, and 12 upper stories that recede in a series of setbacks. The building features Art Deco style design elements at the recessed entrances and in the lobby. Built as a speculative office building for insurance companies, the building interior was rehabilitated in 2013 and some floors converted to apartments.
The Harriett was a historic apartment building located at Indianapolis, Indiana. It was built about 1905, and was a three-story, U-shaped, Classical Revival style yellow brick and grey limestone building. It has been demolished.
Buffalo Public School No. 57, also known as Broadway Village Elementary Community School, is a historic school building located in the Broadway-Fillmore neighborhood of Buffalo, Erie County, New York. It was built in 1914, and is a three-story, red brick building over a full basement with Classical Revival detailing. It is connected to a one-story auditorium building by a one-story hyphen. The building was originally constructed as an addition to the original 1897 Public School No. 57, which was demolished in 1960. The school has been redeveloped as a multi-use facility including apartments, offices, and a community center.
The Rae Flats and The Raleigh, also known as The Phoenix; The Hotel Raleigh; The Tudor Arms; The Phoenix Apartments, are two historic apartment buildings located in the Allentown neighborhood of Buffalo, New York, United States. The Rae was built about 1892, and is a three-story, polychromatic brick building over a raised basement with Norman inspired detailing. The Rae houses a total of seven apartments. The Raleigh was built about 1896 as a Jewish clubhouse and converted to apartments in 1901. It is a four-story, Romanesque Revival style brick building that houses 28 apartments.
