Department of Industrial Training & Vocational Education, Haryana is a Ministry and department of the Government of Haryana in India.

Description

This department came into existence when Haryana was established as a new state within India after being separated from Punjab. Abhimanyu Sindhu is the cabinet minister responsible for this department from October 2014. [1] The department oversees industrial and vocational training through Government of Haryana-owned [2] and privately owned [3] Industrial Training Institutes (ITI) in the state of Haryana.

The department has embarked on a project to upgrade the Industrial Training Institutes (ITI) in the state of Haryana into Center of Excellence (CoE)s.

Gudivada is a city in Krishna district of the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. It is a municipality and the headquarters of Gudivada mandal in Gudivada revenue division. Captain Abhimanyu Singh Sindhu is an Indian politician. He was cabinet minister with independent charge of eight departments in the Government of Haryana state in India in the first-ever government led by the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in Haryana.

Modern education was introduced to Maharashtra region during the 19th century by British colonial administration. Census of 2011 showed literacy rates in the state for males and females were around 78% and 67% respectively. Education at different levels in the state is provided by the state, government supported charities, or private institutions. There are also a number of institutes offering vocational training.

Education is based on three-tier model which includes primary schools, followed by secondary schools and tertiary education at universities or other institutes of same level. Education Department of the Government of Delhi is a premier body which looks into the educational affairs. The RTE right to education states that children from the age of 6 to 14 have to compulsorily be educated. 25% of the seats in all private schools are also reserved for the under-privileged children. Tertiary education is administrated by the Directorate of Higher Education.

The board is managing the Diploma & ITI education in Orissa, which is affiliated to AICTE, New Delhi, recognized by Government of Odisha. According to SCTE & VT, there are almost 124 private and 35 state government diploma colleges in the Odisha state which include polytechnic, Diploma institutes & 637 ITI institutes, prevailing under this board, which produces skilled laborers & techno-entrepreneurial workforces for State SMEs industry.

Pinjore Airfield is being operated as a pilot training institute owned and operated by Haryana Institute of Civil Aviation (HICA) under guidance of Civil Aviation Department, Government of Haryana. Badal is a village situated in the Lambi tehsil of the Sri Muktsar Sahib district in Punjab, India.
