The International Association of Fire Chiefs (IAFC) is a non-profit network of more than 12,000 fire chiefs and emergency officers in 30 over countries. Frank H. Chapman was an American public official from Vermont. He served as Vermont's Deputy United States Marshal for more than 20 years (1901-1923), and was acting U.S. Marshal for Vermont for several days in 1903 following the removal of his predecessor.
