Quirino resigned as the national director on January 15, 2017, for personal and business reasons. [4] A day later, Arnold Vegafria, who served as the talent manager of Miss World 2013 Megan Young, took over the position after he met with Morley. [5] Under Vegafria's term, additional minor international beauty pageant titles are awarded namely: Reina Hispanoamericana Filipinas, Miss Multinational Philippines, Miss Eco Philippines, Miss Eco Teen Philippines, Miss Tourism Philippines, Miss Environment Philippines, Miss Supranational Philippines, Universal Woman Philippines, and Face of Beauty Philippines for which they will represent the Philippines internationally. [6] This led to the creation of ALV Pageant Circle.

Since 2022, ALV Pageant Circle lost some of its national franchises. In the said year, Mutya ng Pilipinas acquired the national franchise for Miss Envirornment, Hiyas ng Pilipinas acquired the national franchise for Miss Tourism World, and The Miss Philippines (TMP) acquired the national franchise for Miss Supranational. The following year, in 2023, TMP also acquired the national franchises for both Miss Eco International and Miss Eco Teen. Moreover, during the same year, Miss Grand International President Nawat Itsaragrisil transferred the Philippine franchise of Miss Grand International from Binibining Pilipinas Charities, Inc. (BPCI) to ALV Pageant Circle with the aim of having a stand-alone Miss Grand Philippines pageant. This culminates the 10-year partnership between BPCI and Miss Grand International.

Prior to Miss World Philippines, the title was awarded through the Miss Republic of the Philippines pageant from 1966 to 1996, then by Mutya ng Pilipinas, Inc. through Mutya ng Pilipinas pageant from 1977 to 1991, and Binibining Pilipinas Charities, Inc. through the Binibining Pilipinas pageant from 1992 to 2010.
