Wade Farm is a historic home and farm complex located at Newark Valley in Tioga County, New York. The main house is two story, side gabled frame house was constructed around 1822 in the Federal style. It also feature two smaller wings - a one-story kitchen wing and a small wellhouse addition. The property includes several other buildings, such as English barn secondary barn, granary, chicken house, milk house, and silo. [2] The Farm was named after Lewis Wade, a farmer who purchased the farm in 1833. [3]
It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1997. [1]
Brook Farm is a historic country estate farm at 4203 Twenty Mile Stream Road in Cavendish, Vermont. It includes one of the state's grandest Colonial Revival mansion houses, and surviving outbuildings of a model farm of the turn of the 20th century. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1993. The property is now home to the Brook Farm Vineyard.
Belcher Family Homestead and Farm is a historic home and farm complex located at Berkshire in Tioga County, New York. The farmhouse is a two-story, five-bay frame house built about 1850 in a vernacular Gothic Revival style with a porch with Carpenter Gothic details. A second house, a 1+1⁄2-story, five-bay frame structure, was built about 1815 in a vernacular Federal style. Also on the property is a mid-19th-century barn, a late 19th-century dairy barn with silo, and a small shed.
Belcher-Holden Farm is a historic home and farm complex located at Newark Valley in Tioga County, New York. The house is a two-story structure composed of a front gabled block on the north, a large gabled wing on the south, and a long woodshed addition on the southwest corner of the side-gabled wing. It was built between about 1810 and 1820 and features delicate Federal carving in the front entrance. The farm complex consists of a barn (1898), silo, granary, and chicken coop.
Maple Lawn Farm is a historic home located at Newark Valley in Tioga County, New York. The frame house was constructed in the 1880s in the Stick Style. It consists of a 2+1⁄2-story T-shaped section on the east, a 2-story rear wing, and a 1-story modern addition. Also on the property is a bank barn built in three stages with sections dating to the early or mid 19th century.
Blewer Farm is a historic home and farm complex located at Newark Valley in Tioga County, New York. The 2+1⁄2-story, cross-gabled frame house was constructed between 1885 and 1900 in the Queen Anne style. Also on the property are a tenant house, workshop, dairy barn, livestock shed, former privy, two silos, and two modern sheds. Most of the buildings were built between the late 19th or mid-20th century. The main house is currently in disrepair.

The house was built about 1872 and consists of three principal sections: a 2-story front-gabled wing, a 1+1⁄2-story side gable, and a long 1-story rear addition. Also on the property are a cow barn, wagon house, garage, tractor shed, granary, hen house, silo and stone wall.
John Settle Farm is a historic home and farm complex located at Newark Valley in Tioga County, New York. The house was built about 1840 in the Federal style. It consists of three principal sections: a 2-story front-gabled wing, a 1+1⁄2-story side gable, and a long 1-story rear addition. Also on the property are a dairy barn, horse barn, chicken house, pig house, granary, shed, and silo. The dairy barn is currently in disrepair but all other buildings appear well maintained.
Tracy Farm is an historic home and farm complex located at Orleans in Jefferson County, New York. The farmhouse was built about 1890 on an existing limestone foundation. The main 2-story part of the house is an L-shaped block with a 1+1⁄2-story kitchen ell extending off the rear elevation. The property also includes an original late-19th-century horse and buggy barn, cow barn, wooden silo, the original farmhouse dating to 1860, and the remains of an iron windmill and pump.

The farmhouse was built about 1870 and is a small, modest 1+1⁄2-story Greek Revival building with a gable front, prominent cornice returns, a northside wing, and a modern kitchen ell on the rear. Also on the property are a hay barn, blacksmith's shop, toolshed, pig barn, milk and ice house, hay and heifer barn, and horse barn.
Beardslee Farm is a national historic district and farmstead located at Pittsfield in Otsego County, New York. It encompasses five contributing buildings, one contributing site, and one contributing structure. It consists of the farmhouse, dependencies, and a small family cemetery. The L-shaped farmhouse is a large sprawling wood frame residence comprising three sections that reflects three separate building campaigns, c. 1790, c. 1800, and c. 1810. The main section is a two-story, five-bay building with a center entrance and a gable roof. Also on the property is a horse barn, carriage house, corn house, hop barn, and pump house.

The farm complex has 17 contributing resources including a frame cow barn complex, a timber frame horse and carriage barn, a light frame creamery, a light-frame sugar house, and a brick smoke house.
John S. Williams House and Farm, also known as Old Chatham Sheepherding Farm and Inn, is a historic home and farm designated a national historic district and located at Chatham in Columbia County, New York. The district includes seven contributing buildings. They are: the main house, a farm employee cottage, another cottage, a stone tool shed, and three small barns / garages. The main house is a two-story, frame building with a center hall plan. The house dates to the about 1770, but was extensively enlarged and remodelled in 1935–1936 in the Colonial Revival style, under direction by New York City architects Polhemus & Coffin.

A major remodeling about 1840 added some Greek Revival details.
