Department of Land Records & Consolidation, Haryana is a Ministry and department of the Government of Haryana in India.
A ministry is a governmental organisation, headed by a minister, that is meant to manage a specific sector of public administration. Governments may have differing numbers and types of ministries, but the Brockhaus and Efron Encyclopedic Dictionary notes that all states have a Ministry of Interior, a Ministry of Foreign Affairs, a Ministry of Defense, a Ministry of Justice and a Ministry of Finance. The Government of Haryana, also known as the State Government of Haryana, or locally as the State Government, is the supreme governing authority of the Indian state of Haryana and its 22 districts. It consists of an executive, ceremonially led by the Governor of Haryana and otherwise by the Chief Minister, a judiciary, and a legislative branch.

This department came into existence when Haryana was established as a new state within India after being separated from Punjab. Abhimanyu Sindhu is the cabinet minister responsible for this department from October 2014. [1]
Haryana is one of the 29 states in India, located in northern part of the country. It was carved out of the former state of East Punjab on 1 November 1966 on linguistic as well as on cultural basis. It is ranked 22nd in terms of area with less than 1.4% of India's land area. Chandigarh is the state capital, Faridabad in National Capital Region is the most populous city of the state and Gurugram is a leading financial hub of NCR with major Fortune 500 companies located in it. Haryana has 6 administrative divisions, 22 districts, 72 sub-divisions, 93 revenue tehsils, 50 sub-tehsils, 140 community development blocks, 154 cities and towns, 6,848 villages and 6222 villages panchayats.
Punjab is a state in northern India. Forming part of the larger Punjab region of the Indian subcontinent, the state is bordered by the Indian states of Jammu and Kashmir to the north, Himachal Pradesh to the east, Haryana to the south and southeast, Rajasthan to the southwest, and the Pakistani province of Punjab to the west. The state covers an area of 50,362 square kilometres, 1.53% of India's total geographical area. It is the 20th-largest Indian state by area. With 27,704,236 inhabitants at the 2011 census, Punjab is the 16th-largest state by population, comprising 22 districts. Punjabi is the most widely spoken and official language of the state. The main ethnic group are the Punjabis, with Sikhs (58%) forming the demographic majority. The state capital is Chandigarh, a Union Territory and also the capital of the neighbouring state of Haryana. The five rivers from which the region took its name were Sutlej, Ravi, Beas, Chenab and Jhelum; Sutlej, Ravi and Beas are part of the Indian Punjab.
Narnaund is an emerging city on Hansi–Chandigarh highway, a municipal committee and Narnaund, in Hisar district in the Indian state of Haryana. The city Hansi is approximately 22 km away and another city Jind is 25 km. Narnaund is famous for its 'Main Bazar' as people from adjacent villages used to go there for purchases. The market has now developed to outer regions of the city also. Narnaund has famous Devraj-Mandir where people flock in large numbers on Ekadashi.
Karnal Airport,, the home of "Karnal Aviation Club", is an airstrip situated about 3 km east of Karnal in the state of Haryana, India. It is being used for General Aviation and Pilot Training. There are no scheduled commercial flight operations. To upgrade this airport to domestic airport under UDAN scheme, provision of INR20 crore each was made in 2017-18 and 2018-19.
Amin is a village in Kurukshetra district of Haryana, India. The village has long been associated with Mahabharata war, as the site infamous chakravyuh formation. It has an ancient mound of 10 m height, known as Abhimanyu ka Tila, now part of 48 kos parikrama of Kurukshetra. In 2017, it was officially renamed as Abhimanyupur by Government of Haryana after Abhimanyu, the warrior of Mahabharat. It is also being developed as a part of 'Krishna Circuit' tourism, amongst spots related to Mahabharat in Kurukshetra region.
Captain Abhimanyu is an Indian politician. He is cabinet minister with independent charge of eight departments in the Government of Haryana state in India in the first-ever government led by the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in Haryana.
