The Education, Science, Culture and Public Health Committee of the National People's Congress is one of nine special committees of the National People's Congress, the national legislature of the People's Republic of China. The special committee was created during the first session of the 6th National People's Congress in June 1983, and has existed for every National People's Congress since. [1]

Luo Zhijun was a Chinese politician. He was serving as Chairperson of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference Agriculture and Rural Affairs Committee from 16 March 2018 to 13 March 2023. He was vice-chairperson of the National People's Congress Environment Protection and Resources Conservation Committee from July 2016 until March 2018. He was the former Communist Party Secretary of Jiangsu, and prior to that the provincial governor. He died on 1 April 2023 at the age of 72.

Li Yuecheng is a former Chinese politician who spent his entire career in his home-province Guizhou. He is of Miao ethnicity. He entered the workforce in March 1972, and joined the Chinese Communist Party in July 1976. As of January 2020 he was under investigation by the Communist Party's anti-corruption agency. Previously he served as Director of Agriculture and Rural Affairs Committee of the Guizhou Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC).
