The 20th Central Commission for Discipline Inspection (CCDI) was elected at the 20th National Congress of the Chinese Communist Party on 22 October 2022. At its 1st Plenary Session, the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection nominated its candidates for secretary, deputy secretaries, secretary-general and other members of the 20th CCDI Standing Committee. These were later approved by the 20th Central Committee at its 1st Plenary Session on 23 October 2022. [1]

Over one hundred officials of provincial-ministerial level and above have been implicated by the anti-corruption campaign in China, which began after the 18th National Congress of the Chinese Communist Party in 2012. The number of officials implicated below the provincial level are much higher. Wu Tianjun is a former Chinese politician, and the Chinese Communist Party Secretary of the Political and Legal Affairs Commission of Henan. He was dismissed from his position in November 2016 for investigation by the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection.
Tang Yijun is a Chinese politician who has been under an anti-corruption investigation by the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the National Supervisory Commission since April 2024.
Li Jianbo is a Chinese politician. At the height of his career, he served as a member of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection (CCDI), the party's highest internal-control institution. He was removed from membership of the CCDI in January 2017.

Ai is the first leader of vice-ministerial level to spontaneously hand himself in to the anti-corruption agency of China after the implementation of Supervision Law in March 2018.
Wang Tie is a former Chinese politician who served as the Vice Director of Henan People's Congress. He was dismissed from his position in August 2018 and placed under investigation by the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the National Supervisory Commission.
Li Shixiang is a former Chinese politician who spent his entire career in Beijing. He served as Executive Vice Mayor of Beijing and Vice Chairman of the Beijing Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC). He entered the workforce in August 1978, and joined the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) in March 1982. In September 2018, he was placed under investigation by the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection (CCDI), the Communist Party's internal disciplinary body, and the National Supervisory Commission, the highest anti-corruption agency of China.
Yu Hongqiu is a Chinese politician, serving since 2021 as vice chairperson of the National Supervisory Commission and deputy secretary of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection. He previously served as chairperson of All-China Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives, secretary of the Political and Legal Affairs Commission of the CCP Henan Provincial Committee and Deputy Communist Party Secretary of Henan. She served in her early career at the All China Federation of Trade Unions. In 2016, she became discipline group leader at the Organization Department of the Chinese Communist Party.
Chen Xiaojiang is a Chinese editor and politician who is the Executive Deputy Head of the United Front Work Department of the Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party since 2022. Previously, he served as Minister of the National Ethnic Affairs Commission; deputy director of the National Supervisory Commission, the highest anti-corruption agency of China; and deputy secretary of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, the party's internal disciplinary body.
The 20th Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party , officially the Central Committee of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, comprises 205 members and 171 alternates. It was elected at the Chinese Communist Party (CCP)'s 20th National Congress on 22 October 2022, and its term lasts until the election of the 21st Central Committee at the 21st National Congress, which is planned for 2027. The Shanghai Municipal Supervisory Commission, or Supervisory Commission of Shanghai Municipal, Shanghai Supervisory Commission is a provincial-level local state supervisory authority in Shanghai, co-located with the Disciplinary Inspection Committee of the Shanghai Municipal Committee of the Chinese Communist Party. It was established in January 2018 to assume the functions of the former Shanghai Municipal Supervisory Bureau. The director of the Shanghai Municipal Supervision Commission is elected by the Shanghai Municipal People's Congress and is accountable to both the Congress and its Standing Committee, as well as the Supervision Commission of the People's Republic of China.
The Anhui Provincial Committee of the Chinese Communist Party, is the provincial committee of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) in Anhui province, China, and the province's top authority. The CCP committee secretary is the highest ranking post in the province.
