Kings University is a private university in Nigeria, founded in 2015 and located in the Odeomu area of Osun State. [1] The university was established by the Kingsway International Christian Centre, a church-owned by Pastor Matthew Ashimolowo who also happens to be the Chancellor of Kings University. [2]

From the establishment of Kings University in 2015, the university only had one faculty, but as of 2021, the university has now grown up to 3 faculties to their name. There are [3]

Vice chancellors

The current Vice-Chancellor of Kings University is Professor Adenike Kuku, a Professor of Biochemistry, who assumed office in January 2021 following a successful 'acting position', while she was the acting Vice-Chancellor the previous year. [6]

Achievement

In December 2021, Kings University was ranked 31st best University in Nigeria, Kings University was also ranked 16th best amongst 99 private Universities in Nigeria. [7]

Skyline University is a Private owned University in Kano, Nigeria. Skyline University Nigeria was established in the year 2018, the federal government of Nigeria gave the approval to start up the private owned institution in May, 2018 in Kano. Skyline University Nigeria is the first private University in Kano, Nigeria and also the second private University in North-West region of Nigeria.

Summit University, Offa is a privately owned university founded in 2015 and located in Offa, Nigeria. It is one of the few private Universities located in Kwara, North central Nigeria. The University is owned and established by the Ansar-Ud-Deen Society of Nigeria, a Muslim organization established for the purpose of educational development of Muslims and Muslim society in Nigeria. Precious Cornerstone University is a Nigerian Private University founded in 2017 and located in Ibadan, Oyo State in Nigeria. The institution is established by the Sword of the Spirit Ministries, a popular Pentecostal church in Ibadan, Oyo State, a church presided by Francis Wale Oke who also happens to be the Chancellor of Precious Cornerstone University.
