The gang members are harmless, extremely rarely target ordinary citizens, and never deliberately use violence. The first film came in 1968; during the next thirty years a total of fourteen films were made.
Olive, the Other Reindeer is a 1999 American animated Christmas comedy musical television film written by Steve Young, based on the 1997 children's book by Vivian Walsh and J. Otto Seibold, and directed by Academy Award-nominated animator Steve Moore. The feature was produced by Matt Groening's The Curiosity Company and animated by DNA Productions. Drew Barrymore voices the title character, and she is credited as an executive producer on the special.

"Phineas and Ferb Christmas Vacation" is a special Christmas-themed episode of the animated television series Phineas and Ferb. The episode was originally broadcast on Disney XD on December 6, 2009. The special's narrative, set prior to the events of the series, follows protagonists Phineas and Ferb decorating their city for the arrival of Santa Claus. But when the evil mad scientist Dr. Heinz Doofenshmirtz uses a machine to ruin the holiday, Phineas and Ferb must find a way to fix it and save Christmas. The episode serves as the 37th broadcast episode of the second season, as well as the 84th broadcast episode overall.

Originally aired as four semi-independent seasons, the series includes Alletiders Jul (1994), Alletiders Nisse (1995), Alletiders Julemand (1997), and Alletiders Eventyr (2000). It also inspired a spin-off feature film, Pyrus på Pletten, which premiered on Christmas Eve in 2000.
Prep & Landing: Naughty vs. Nice is an American animated television special, produced by Walt Disney Animation Studios, and directed by Kevin Deters and Stevie Wermers-Skelton. It aired on December 5, 2011, on the ABC TV channel. The special is the second half-hour Christmas special, and the fourth short film in the Prep & Landing series, after Prep & Landing, Tiny's BIG Adventure, and Operation: Secret Santa. A new half-hour special, Prep & Landing: The Snowball Protocol, is set to release in 2025.
Olsen-banden Junior is a 2001 Danish family-comedy heist film. It is a prequel to the long running Danish film series Olsen-banden, and an implementation of the concept used by the Swedish Olsen-banden remakes prequels Lilla Jönssonligan. The film is also a sequel to the Christmas calendar Olsen-bandens første kup from 1999. The film premiered on December 14, 2001. The film was a moderate success compared to the original series and the Swedish and Norwegian equivalents. The film later received a novelization of the same name.
