Daniele Matias Hypólito is a Brazilian gymnast who competed at the 2000, 2004, 2008, 2012 and the 2016 Olympic Games. Hypólito is the first gymnast from Brazil to win a medal at the World Championships, a silver in floor exercise in 2001. She is also the nine-time senior all-around Brazilian national champion in artistic gymnastics, 2002 South American Games all-around champion and 2003 Pan American Games all-around bronze medalist. To date, Hypólito has won the Brazilian National Championships more than ten times; represented Brazil at the World Championships thirteen times, competing in every championship from 1999 to 2015, except in 2009; taken part in every edition of the Olympic Games from 2000 to 2016; and competed at five Pan American Games between 1999 and 2015.

The country has sent athletes to compete in every Summer Olympic Games since then, except for the 1928 Games. As of 2024, Brazilian athletes have won a total of 170 medals in 18 different Summer sports.
Luiz Yoshio Onmura was a Brazilian judoka. He represented Brazil at the 1980, 1984 and the 1988 Summer Olympics. Onmura won a bronze medal in the men's lightweight division (–71 kg), alongside Great Britain's Kerrith Brown at the 1984 Games.
Sarah Gabrielle Cabral de Menezes is a judoka from Brazil. In 2012, she became the first Brazilian woman to win an Olympic gold medal in judo, after defeating the reigning Olympic champion Alina Dumitru. She also competed at the 2008 and 2016 Summer Olympics.
Yane Márcia Campos da Fonseca Marques is a modern pentathlon athlete from Brazil. She became nationally known despite the obscurity of her sport in the country after winning a bronze medal at the 2012 Summer Olympics, the first Latin American to medal and the only woman to do so.

Bruno Giuseppe Fratus is a Brazilian competitive swimmer. He won a bronze medal in the 50-metre freestyle at the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo. In July 2021, Fratus became the first swimmer in history to swim the long course 50 metre freestyle race in less than 22 seconds 90 times. He surpassed this mark by swimming his 100th sub-22 second 50 metre freestyle at the 19th World Aquatics Championships in June 2022.

Isaquias Queiroz dos Santos is a Brazilian sprint canoeist who has competed since 2005. He is the first Brazilian athlete to ever win three medals in a single edition of the Olympic Games, and the second most decorated Brazilian athlete with five medals overall, including a gold medal.

Jaqueline Maria Lopes Lima is a Brazilian badminton player from Joca Claudino Esportes badminton club. She joined the Brazil national badminton team in 2016, and in 2017 she competed in the mixed team event at the 2017 Pan Am Badminton Championships where the team won silver medal. She won her first senior international title at the 2017 Brazil International Challenge tournament partnered with Sâmia Lima. Lima participated at the 2018 Summer Youth Olympics, and was part of the team Theta won the bronze medal in the mixed team event. At the 2019 Lima Pan American Games, she won two bronze medals in the women's and mixed doubles events.

He is a bronze medalist from the 2020 and 2024 Summer Olympics, the 2022 World Champion and the third fastest athlete in the history of the event, in addition to being a gold medalist in the 2019 Pan American Games. Dos Santos is currently the South American and Pan American record holder in the competition.

Larissa Cincinato Pimenta is a Brazilian judoka. A two-time Olympian, she won the bronze medal at the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris. At the 2019 Pan American Games held in Lima, Peru, she won the gold medal in the 52 kg event. She is also a five-time gold medalist in her event at the Pan American Judo Championships.

He won the gold medal in the 400-metre freestyle and the silver medal in the 400-metre individual medley at the 2022 World Junior Championships. At the 2021 Junior Pan American Games, he won a gold medal in the 4×200-metre freestyle relay, silver medals in the 800-metre freestyle, 400-metre individual medley and 4×100-metre medley relay, as well as a bronze medal in the 1500-metre freestyle.
Beatriz Bezerra is a Brazilian competitive swimmer. At the 2022 World Junior Championships, she won silver medals in the 50-metre butterfly and 100-metre butterfly and a bronze medal in the 4×100-metre freestyle relay. She is a five-time gold medalist and one-time silver medalist at the 2022 South American Youth Games.
