HD 101930, also known as Gliese 3683, is an orange hued star with an orbiting exoplanet located in the southern constellation Centaurus. It has an apparent magnitude of 8.21, making it faintly visible in binoculars but not to the naked eye. The system is located relatively close at a distance of 98 light years but is receding with a heliocentric radial velocity of 18.4 km/s. It has a relatively large proper motion, traversing the celestial sphere with an angular velocity of 0.320″·yr−1.

WASP-4b Extrasolar planet in the constellation Phoenix

WASP-4b is an exoplanet, specifically a hot Jupiter, approximately 891 light-years away in the constellation of Phoenix.

Gliese 179 is a small red dwarf star with an exoplanetary companion in the equatorial constellation of Orion. It is much too faint to be visible to the naked eye with an apparent visual magnitude of 11.94. The system is located at a distance of 40.5 light-years from the Sun based on parallax measurements, but is drifting closer with a radial velocity of –9 km/s. It is a high proper motion star, traversing the celestial sphere at an angular rate of 0.370″·yr−1.

K2-3, also known as EPIC 201367065, is a red dwarf star with three known planets. It is on the borderline of being a late orange dwarf/K-type star, but because of its temperature, it is classified as a red dwarf.

Kepler-421 is a yellow main sequence star, being of spectral class G7V. Orange star of spectral class K9V, projected on sky plane just 1.085″ away, is not physically associated to it. The distance to star KOI-1274 A is approximately 1150 light-years, and to KOI-1274 B is about 1900 light-years.

Kepler-51 is a Sun-like star that is about 500 million years old. It is orbited by three super-puff planets—Kepler-51b, c, and d—which have the lowest known densities of any known exoplanet. The planets are similar in radius to gas giants like Jupiter, but have unusually small masses for their size, only a few times greater than Earth’s.

LTT 1445 Star system in the constellation Eridanus

LTT 1445 is a triple M-dwarf system 22.4 light-years distant in the constellation Eridanus. The primary LTT 1445 A hosts two exoplanets—one discovered in 2019 that transits the star every 5.36 days, and another found in 2021 that transits the star every 3.12 days, close to a 12:7 resonance. As of October 2022 it is the second closest transiting exoplanet system discovered, with the closest being HD 219134 bc.

WASP-50 is a G-type main-sequence star about 610 light-years away. The star is older than the Sun and slightly depleted in heavy elements compared to the Sun, and has a close to average starspot activity. Despite its advanced age, the star is rotating rapidly, being spun up by the tides raised by giant planet on close orbit.

WASP-80 is a K-type main-sequence star about 162 light-years away. The star's age is much younger than the Sun's at 1.352±0.222 billion years. WASP-80 is similar to the Sun in concentration of heavy elements, although this measurement is highly uncertain.

L 98-59 is a bright M dwarf star, located in the constellation of Volans, at a distance of 10.608 parsecs, as measured by Gaia.

Wolf 1069 Red dwarf star in the constellation Cygnus

Wolf 1069 is a red dwarf star located 31.2 light-years away from the Solar System in the constellation of Cygnus. The star has 17% the mass and 18% the radius of the Sun, a temperature of 3,158 K, and a slow rotation period of 150–170 days. It hosts one known exoplanet called Wolf 1069 b which could possibly sustain life.
