Shravasti Airport( IATA : VSV, ICAO : VISV) is a domestic airport, which serves the city of Shravasti, Uttar Pradesh, India. [3] It is near an important Buddhist pilgrimage site, where The Buddha is believed to have spent 24 monsoons in this city. Numerous stupas, monasteries and several temples near the archaeological site of Sahet-Mahet establish Buddha's association with Shravasti. The airport is being developed by upgrading the existing airfield, which was used only by the Government and VIPs, in three phases. [4] [3] It covers an area of 57 acres, and has a terminal building, an Air Traffic Control (ATC) tower, an apron for parking of two 19-seater Dornier 228 aircraft, a fire station and a runway.

The first phase is complete and was inaugurated by Narendra Modi on 10th March 2024. In the second and third phases, the airport will expand to an area of 750 acres. Under the UDAN scheme, flights to and from Shravasti and Lucknow is now operational, and in near future more flights to and from New Delhi Varanasi, Prayagraj and Kanpur will be started.

Chitrakoot Airport is an operational domestic airport which serves the city of Chitrakoot, Uttar Pradesh, India. It is located at Dewangna in Chitrakoot district, 12 km (7.5 mi) from the city center. The existing airstrip with a runway is currently owned by the Civil Aviation Department of the Government of Uttar Pradesh. In January 2019, the State Government decided to expand the airstrip and construct an airport terminal by acquiring additional land from the forest department. The airport has a pre-fabricated passenger terminal covering 525 square meters and can accommodate 20 arriving and 20 departing passengers. In October 2020, Gurugram-based Aviation Connectivity and Infrastructure Developers Pvt Ltd won the rights to operate flights from the airport to Kanpur, Prayagraj and Varanasi, under the government's UDAN Regional Connectivity Scheme. Currently, the airport is not operational, and the terminal is being handled only for private operations. To make it a full-fledged commercial airport, it is undergoing expansion, which includes a new 2,500-metre runway, suitable for handling Airbus A320 and Boeing 737 type aircraft, an apron, and a new passenger terminal.

Saifai International Cricket Stadium is a cricket stadium of International Standard in Saifai, Uttar Pradesh, India. It is situated inside the Major Dhyanchand Sports College's campus. It has a seating capacity of 43,000 people and has one of the largest scoreboard displays for a cricket stadium in India. There is an All-weather Swimming Pool, Athletics Stadium and an Indoor Stadium in the campus of the Sports College along with this cricket stadium. It was inaugurated on 1 June 2018, along with the Etawah Safari Park and Abhinav Vidyalaya, Saifai at a function in Etawah city.

Dumka Airport, also known as Sido Kanhu Airport, is a private airport and a military base that is located in Dumka, Jharkhand, India. The airport currently does not have any scheduled commercial services and is used only by gliders, private companies and government aircraft. Scheduled services were to begin to the state capital Ranchi under the government's UDAN scheme. The airport's expansion is underway for the commencement of scheduled passenger services. There are also plans to use the facility for training pilots.
