Vijayapura Airport Proposed to be named as Jagatjyoti Shri Basaveshwar Airport, Vijayapura is an under-construction greenfield airport that will serve the city of Vijayapura in Karnataka, India. The airport is being built by the Karnataka State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation (KSIIDC) at a cost of Rs 220 crore. The project site is located 15 km from the city on 727-acre (2.94 km2) of land in Madhabavi, located outside the city premises. The airport was expected to be ready by early 2023, but this has been pushed back to February 2024.

The government of Uttar Pradesh signed a MoU with the Airports Authority of India (AAI) in February 2014 for the development of the airport. It is named after B. R. Ambedkar.

The airport is built under the Build Operate Transfer (BOT) model in four phases, with the first phase costing a total of ₹1,500 crore. It is named after the former Minister of Defence and the former Chief Minister of Goa, Manohar Parrikar.

The airport was developed by the Airports Authority of India (AAI) at a cost of ₹2,654 crore (US$330 million). The foundation stone for the construction of the airport was laid on 7 October 2017, and was inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on 27 July 2023, which was previously expected to be done on 31 December 2023.
