Suzhou, alternately romanized as Soochow, is a major prefecture-level city in southern Jiangsu province, China. As part of the Yangtze Delta megalopolis, it is a major economic center and focal point of trade and commerce.
Line 2 is an east–west line in the Shanghai Metro network. With a length of nearly 64 km (40 mi), it is the second longest line in the metro system after line 11. Line 2 runs from East Xujing in the west to Pudong International Airport in the east, passing Hongqiao Airport, the Huangpu river, and the Lujiazui Financial District in Pudong. With a daily ridership of over 1.9 million, it is the busiest line on the Shanghai Metro. The eastern portion of the line, from Guanglan Road to Pudong International Airport, was operated almost independently from the main segment until April 19, 2019, when through service began. The line is colored light green on system maps.
Suzhou Rail Transit, also known as Suzhou Metro, is a rapid transit system serving the city of Suzhou, in Jiangsu Province, China. Line 1 began operation on April 28, 2012. Line 2 opened on December 28, 2013. A further three lines, and an extension of Line 2, were completed between 2016 and 2021. Line 11 connecting Kunshan city which is under Suzhou's administration, and beyond to the Shanghai Metro was completed on June 24, 2023.

Nanjingnan railway station is a high-speed railway station in Nanjing, the capital of Jiangsu province, serving the Beijing–Shanghai (Jinghu) high-speed railway, Shanghai–Nanjing (Huning) intercity railway, Nanjing–Hangzhou (Ninghang) high-speed railway, Shanghai–Wuhan–Chengdu (Huhanrong) high-speed railway and the South Jiangsu Riverside high-speed railway. The new Nanjing South railway station is located a few kilometers south of downtown Nanjing in Yuhuatai District, and has a connection with the Nanjing Metro, served by Lines 1, 3, S1 and S3. Construction on the station began on 10 January 2008, and the station opened on 28 June 2011, two days before the opening of the Beijing–Shanghai high-speed railway.

Zhenjiang railway station is a railway station of Beijing–Shanghai railway and Shanghai–Nanjing intercity railway. The station is located in Zhenjiang, Jiangsu, China.
The Shanghai–Nanjing intercity railway or Huning intercity railway is a 301-kilometer (187 mi)-long high-speed rail line between Shanghai and Nanjing, the capital of Jiangsu province. Hù and Níng are shorthand Chinese names for Shanghai and Nanjing, respectively. The Huning intercity high-speed railway largely follows the route of the preexisting Nanjing-Shanghai section of the conventional Beijing–Shanghai railway and the Beijing–Shanghai high-speed railway. Construction of this high-speed railway began in July 2008. The line went into test operations in early April 2010, and opened for full service on July 1, 2010. The line has a design speed of 350 km/h (217 mph). The journey time between the two cities has been shortened from 120 minutes to 73 minutes on nonstop trains. According to the arrangements of related departments, 120 pairs of trains are operating on the line, and the time interval between services is 5 minutes at the shortest.
Suzhou railway station is a station on Line 2 of Suzhou Rail Transit. The station is located at the Suzhou railway station in Gusu District of Suzhou. It started service on December 28, 2013 with the opening of Line 2.
Huaqiao is a metro station on Line 11 of the Shanghai Metro & Line 11 of the Suzhou Rail Transit. Located at the intersection of Guangming Road and Yanhu Avenue in Huaqiao, Kunshan, Suzhou, Jiangsu, it serves as the current western terminus on the branch line of Shanghai Metro Line 11 & the Eastern terminus of the Suzhou Rail Transit Line 11.
Suzhou SND Tram is a tram system in Suzhou New District, Suzhou, Jiangsu, China. The tram uses an overhead catenery system. Suzhou Tram started construction on September 11, 2012 and was opened on October 26, 2014. There is currently two lines in operation in the Suzhou New District. The Suzhou High-Tech Rail Tram Limited was established in April 2011, and the tram line was approved by the Suzhou City government June the same year.
Anqing railway station is a railway station in Yixiu District, Anqing, Anhui, China.
Weiting station is the eastern terminus of Suzhou Rail Transit Line 3 and western terminus of Line 11. The station is located in Suzhou Industrial Park, Jiangsu. It has been in use since December 25, 2019; when Line 3 first opened to the public. On June 24, 2023, when Line 11 started operation, the station acted as the western terminus of the line and transfer station of the two lines. Through-running on lines 3 and 11 six months later, rendering Weiting obsolete as a terminal station. The line 11 platform is no longer in use. On June 29, 2024, through-running began on the entirety of the two lines.
