The Nanjing Metro is a rapid transit system serving the urban and suburban districts of Nanjing, the capital city of Jiangsu Province in the People's Republic of China.
The Chengdu Metro is the rapid transit system of Chengdu, the capital of Sichuan, China. With the opening of Line 1 on 27 September 2010, the system had thirteen subway lines and one light rail line. It has subsequently undergone rapid expansion. Since the opening of Lines 6, 8, 9, and 17 on 18 December 2020, the Chengdu Metro is the 4th longest metro system in the world.

Line 2 opened on December 28, 2013. A further three lines, and an extension of Line 2, were completed between 2016 and 2021. Line 11 connecting Kunshan city which is under Suzhou's administration, and beyond to the Shanghai Metro was completed on June 24, 2023.
The Fuzhou Metro is a rapid transit system in Fuzhou Metropolitan Area, Fujian Province, China. The first line was planned to open in 2014. Due to the construction difficulties and accidental archaeologic finding, the southern section was delayed to 2016 and the northern section was delayed to 2017. Currently, the Fuzhou Metro Network consists of five lines. They are operated by Fuzhou Metro Group, and Fuzhou CETC Rail Transit Company, respectively.
The Guiyang Metro is a rapid transit system in the city of Guiyang, Guizhou province, China. It is operated and branded as Guiyang Urban Rail Transit (GYURT).
Shenzhen Metro Line 11 opened on 28 June 2016. Line 11 has a length of 53.5 km (33.2 mi) and a total of 19 stations. It connects the CBDs of Futian, Nanshan and Qianhai to Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport and onward to Fuyong, Shajing and Songgang suburban areas. It serves as both a regional express line from the west coast of Shenzhen to the city core area and an airport rail link. Compared with the other lines of Shenzhen Metro, Line 11 has a longer spacing between stops for a higher speed service. Trains of Line 11 were designed to run at 120 km/h (75 mph), up to 50% faster than other lines, but currently limited to 80 km/h (50 mph) in some sections for infrastructure, tunnel wind pressure, track geometry issues and noise reasons. Construction of Line 11 started in April 2012 and test running begun at the end of March 2016. Trains run at a 4-minute frequency between Futian and Airport North, 8-minute frequency for full length trains during morning rush hours, 5-minute interval for full length during evening rush hours, and 6-minute interval for non-peak hours. Currently it takes slightly more than half an hour to travel from Futian to the Airport. Line 11's color is violet.
Line S1 of the Nanjing Metro, is a suburban metro rail line serving the southern suburbs of Nanjing, running from Nanjing South Railway Station to Konggangxinchengjiangning. It connects Nanjing South railway station with Nanjing Lukou International Airport. It is 34.9 km (21.7 mi) long has 8 stations. The line started construction on December 27, 2011, and was opened on July 1, 2014. In September 2011 a contract for 15 6 car Class B metro trains was given to CSR Corporation Limited, with the first train arriving in August 2013.
Line 2 of the Dongguan Rail Transit is a rapid transit line in Dongguan. The line currently has 15 stations and is 37.743 kilometres (23.452 mi) long, from Dongguan railway station to Humen railway station. It opened on 27 May 2016. Construction of Line 2 began in 2010.
Line 1 of the Wuxi Metro is a rapid transit line running from north to south, in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province, China.
Line 3 of the Dongguan Rail Transit is a planned rapid transit line in Dongguan, Guangdong Province, China. It has a planned 24 stations from Dongguan East railway station in the Northeast of Dongguan, to Jiaoyiwan in the south of Dongguan. The construction date for Line 3 has not yet been published.
Yanqiao Station is a metro station on Line 1 of the Wuxi Metro. It began operations on 1 July 2014.
The Xuzhou Metro is a rapid transit system in Xuzhou, Jiangsu Province, China. Construction began in February 2014, and Line 1 was opened on September 28, 2019, Line 2 was opened on November 28, 2020, and Line 3 was opened on June 28, 2021.

It is a plan for the gradual implementation of a regional rail system across the metropolitan area. The system will eventually connect with Jiangsu Yangtze MIR and Hangzhou Greater Bay Area network.

Xicheng Rail Transit Line S1, also known as Wuxi Metro Line S1, Wuxi to Jiangyin Intercity Rail Transit, or Xichengjing Intercity, is a line connecting and Wuxi urban area and Jiangyin, as part of the Jiangsu Yangtze Metropolitan Belt intercity railway. It officially began operations on 31 January 2024.
Taizhou Rail Transit is an urban rail transit system in Taizhou, Zhejiang Province, China. The system is operated by Taizhou Rail Transit Construction and Development Co., Ltd. In the near term, two lines, S1 and S2, are planned; in the long term, lines S3 and S4 are planned.
Line S6 is a rapid transit line connecting Nanjing and Jurong in Jiangsu Province, China. It is 43.64 kilometres (27.12 mi) long and has a maximum operating speed of 120 kilometres per hour (75 mph). It has opened on 28 December 2021. The line operates with a mixed express and local services using passing loops to allow for express trains to pass local ones.
