This is a list of the tallest structures of any kind which exist in Europe. The list contains all types of structures, including guyed masts and oil drilling platforms of 350 metres (1,150 feet) or more. The list doesn't contain Warsaw Radio Mast which was the tallest structure in the world between 1974 and 8 August 1991 at 2120 ft (646.38 m), but does not exist anymore.

Some of the highest structures in Europe
The KVLY-TV mast is a television-transmitting mast in Blanchard, North Dakota. It is used by Fargo station KVLY-TV and KXJB-LD's Argusville/Valley City/Mayville translator K28MA-D, along with KNGF. Completed in 1963, it was once the tallest structure in the world, and stood at 2,063 feet until 2019, when the top mount VHF antenna was removed for the FCC spectrum repack, dropping the height to 1,987 feet (605.6 m).
The Warsaw Radio Mast was a radio mast located near Gąbin, Poland, and the world's tallest structure at 2,120 ft from 1974 until its collapse on 8 August 1991. The mast was designed for extreme height in order to broadcast Communist propaganda around the world, including to the remotest areas such as Antarctica. As of 2023, it was the third-tallest structure ever built, after the Burj Khalifa tower in the United Arab Emirates in 2009, and Merdeka 118 tower in Malaysia in 2022.
The KXTV/KOVR Tower is a 2,049 ft (625 m) guyed communication tower in Walnut Grove, California, United States.
The Hellissandur longwave radio mast is a 412 m (1,352 ft) tall guyed radio mast used for longwave radio transmissions of RÚV. It is situated at Gufuskálar, near Hellissandur on the Snæfellsnes peninsula of West Iceland. It is currently the tallest longwave radio mast in the world and the tallest above ground structure in Western Europe.

Masts are often named after the broadcasting organizations that originally built them or currently use them.
