This list of tallest buildings in Saudi Arabia ranks the tallest buildings in Saudi Arabia by height. The tallest building in Mecca is the 601 meter super-tall skyscraper Abraj Al-Bait Royal Clock Tower. It is the world's fourth tallest building and houses the Fairmont Makkah Clock Royal Tower Hotel. The high rise construction boom has extended the skyline of in the past two decades, with the PIF Tower, completed in 2021, becoming Riyadh's tallest building at 385 meters. Riyadh is now the 3rd city in the Middle East after Dubai and Abu Dhabi. A total of 100 skyscrapers have been constructed since 2014 in the city.

Horizontal skyscraper

Saudi Arabia crown prince Mohammed bin Salman announced that the state will be building a long horizontal skyscraper. [7] Being officially presented under the name of The Line, the complex will be a linear smart city placed in Neom, Tabuk Province, which is designed to have no cars, streets or carbon emissions. [8]

When completed in 2002, it overtook the 267-meter (876 ft) Faisaliyah Tower as the tallest tower in Saudi Arabia. It has since been surpassed and, as of 2021, is the fifth-tallest skyscraper in the country, whose tallest two buildings are the Abraj Al Bait Towers and the Capital Market Authority Tower. It is the world's third-tallest building with a hole after the Shanghai World Financial Center and the 85 Sky Tower in Taiwan.

Saudi Binladen Group, known as Binladen Group Global Holding Company since 2019, is a multinational construction conglomerate headquartered in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. In 2011, the Saudi Binladen Group signed a US$1.23 billion contractual agreement to construct the tallest building in the world, Jeddah Tower in Jeddah. They are also party to a US$3.4 billion agreement to construct the Doha Metro located in Doha. The conglomerate comprises an estimated 537 companies. KAFD World Trade Center is a skyscraper in the King Abdullah Financial District of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. It was completed in 2022 and is the fourth tallest building in the country at 304 metres (997 ft), with 67 floors and nearly 1,500,000 square feet (140,000 m2) of floor space. The Abraj Al Bait, Capital Market Authority Headquarters, and Burj Rafal are taller, while KAFD is slightly taller than the older and well-known Kingdom Centre. The tower was designed by Gensler.

The Line is a linear smart city under construction in Saudi Arabia in Neom, Tabuk Province, which is designed to have no cars, streets or carbon emissions.

Rise Tower is a skyscraper construction project proposed in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. It is planned to be the first 2 km (6,562 ft) tall building and would be the world's tallest building or structure upon completion, standing 1180 m (3872 ft) taller than the Burj Khalifa and surpassing the Jeddah Tower by almost 1000 m. It was conceived in December 2022 by the Public Investment Fund and its designs were announced in August 2023 as the centerpiece of the North Pole project.
