Jalan Tengku Mizan, Federal Route 65 (formerly Terengganu State Route T4), is a major highway in Kuala Nerus and Kuala Terengganu, Terengganu, Malaysia. The highway connects Bulatan, Kuala Nerus in the north to Bukit Besar, Kuala Terengganu in the south. It was named after Yang di-Pertuan Muda (Crown Prince) of Terengganu at that time, Tengku Mizan Zainal Abidin from 1979 to 1998 (now Sultan Mizan Zainal Abidin of Terengganu). It has been a toll-free highway since toll collection was abolished on 1999. The highway has a motorcycle lane. Landmarks along the highway include Sultan Mahmud Bridge and Terengganu Welcome Sign (Allah Peliharakanlah Terengganu).

It was used for football matches. The stadium holds 50,000 people and is named after the reigning Terengganu Ruler, Sultan Mizan Zainal Abidin. The biggest stadium in the East Coast region of Peninsular Malaysia, it was built to replace Sultan Ismail Nasiruddin Shah Stadium as the state's main stadium.

Kuala Nerus is a district in Terengganu, Malaysia. It is the youngest district in the state, having been declared a separate district in 2014. Formerly it was part of Kuala Terengganu district but still governed by Kuala Terengganu City Council (MBKT) which is one of few city councils in Malaysia to govern two separate districts. Its capital is Kuala Nerus town, other major towns and villages include Gong Badak, Seberang Takir, Batu Rakit and Batu Enam, all which are located within city limits of Kuala Terengganu. Kuala Nerus' population is 226,177 people as of 2015 which makes it the most populous district in Terengganu. The district has a total land area of 397.52 km2.
